It's easy of use and compatibility with Alexa. Very good value for an auto . . plug with timing.

Unfortunately the original plug/s developed a fault after a few months in that they didn't remain connected to our local LAN, I wrote to PORIK - COMSEM and their product manager was most helpful, offering to replace the plugs FOC, which I accepted. The replacements arrived quickly and once installed, connected to LAN etc are now working perfectly. - Great service!. Bill W.

Probably sorted, my router is the Plusnet two, it’s dual band, I needed to switch off the 5GHz, then everything works as it should, also linked with Alexa okay.

Bought a pack of 4 of these to add to my ever growing arsenal of smart stuff. Unfortunately installing them was a horrific experience. The manufacturer's software is awful and the instructions provided was worse. Bottom line; they do not connect to ALEXA. Luckily I am a Prime Member and they were speedily returned for a refund - thanks Amazon.

Even though I had to return the product this time as I couldn't manage to get it to connect to my app, I am impressed with their After Sales service who were diligent in returning emails and tried their best to resolve my problems. And when they cannot, they were very helpful in making sure I had my refund back. Sorry I cannot give you a higher rating but thank you anyway, Patrick.

I already have some wi-fi controlled plugs and went for these as they looked similar. Fairly easy to set up and they work in the same smart life app which then integrates into Google home etc
