Needed a new microwave for mum and this one is an easy one to use. Good value for money, not too noisy. Cooks well and looks good too. Packaged well and delivered when they said it would be. Happy with product. and size as not too big just what was required for the space. Used only for heating and not for defrosting.

The microwave is good. I like the clear large LED time display. It is good to have a clearly visible clock. It does not take a 12 inch plate. It won't fit through the door. Might well take one 1/2 inch smaller, but cannot test this. We don't heat up whole meal leftovers anyway, so not important. I do have an issue with the turntable. It doesn't lodge itself into the base very well. This can result in the plate having contact with the door - no rotation. It can mean off-centre rotation too - not so much of a problem. If anyone knows of a solution ...

I bought this microwave has it was identical to my previous one !. The size is just right , and easy to use .

So far so good. Very good item. I dont like digital, I much prefer ones with dials. Reasonable price too. I dont think it is particularly small, like some reviewers think, I think it is spot on.

My old microwave gave up after about 20 years which was a shame because it was a great item. Had a good look for a replacement and found this. Looks nice and compact as my kitchen is quite small. Looks neat with simple to understand touch button features. Downsides are that there seems to be so much steam generated inside that it's practically dripping in some cases so has to be wiped out after every timely use. Most annoying is the turntable. The roller guide underneath has no guide to sit in. So let's say you take your food out to stir it or see if its ready, the turntable easily dislodges and you have to faff about getting it back in place. Something I have to get used to I suppose but if I'd known about these issues, I probably wouldn't have bought it.
