Working so far on feeling full up..
Been taking for 5 days,i didnt think these would work so quick, but they do suppress your appetite very quickly will keep on them for a month then see how well they have done and i will be buying more if this continue by feeling full up...

I feel full and more energetic.
It’s my first day using them and to my surprise, I am already feeling full and snacking way way less, and not feeling the urge to eat all the time. I don’t know if it’s a placebo effect, but I feel full, and I have a lot more energy. I felt a little nauseous after the first hour of taking it but now it’s subsided.
