I purchased this because it had great reviews. I am hereby adding another great review. The existing shower head in my master shower was tiny and installed about 7 ft high which is a foot and a half taller than me. Additionally the water pressure is very low. So I got this adjustable height wide path shower, and the handheld was just a bonus. It was really easy to install, and when I used the shower tonight I was amazed that the handheld dramatically increased the water pressure. All shower heads say they increase pressure but they never do. But.... This one really does! The wide path shower is just like a gentle rain, so it does not increase the pressure, but the handheld definitely does. The adjustable height is just what I needed too, since the original shower head was way too high and not adjustable at all.

(I am a real person and I am not paid to write this or anything:)I have absolutely no experience in home improvement and I’m not a handywoman at all. I needed a replacement for my shower head (with a handheld showerhead also), and I bought this because it was on sale.It took me about 2.5-3 hours to install (with a break) because I was scared to use my ladder, and I’m pretty short which complicated the setup. I’m convinced that I would have been through a LOT quicker if I were taller, so keep that in mind.If you are used to installing things yourself, this will literally be a piece of cake. The water pressure is AWESOME, and I like that you can adjust the height of the arm and the angle of the main shower head. Also, I have thick curly hair and so I’m picky about my water pressure, but this shower system is literally awesomeOverall 10/10 would buy again!!

Installing is easy, just like they show in their video; all the parts were in the box including the little wrench to tighten the nuts.They also included some spare small washers/gaskets in case you lose one during install, or need one on down the road.The flexible hose feels a bit wimpy for connecting the wand to the upper body, but it does the job...have only had one trial shower so far and everything works great! 4 stars due to the flex hose but overall a solid winner, especially for the price.

Rain shower is very gentle. Pressure could be better. So far, the wand has better pressure,, but is unable to be mounted on the wall. The mount provided is circular, the wand is a hexagon at the base. So all showering requires always holding the wand.Review update: seller reached out very quickly to help. Appears that the hose for the wand was on backwards (hexagon nut at the top, circular end on the wand). Such a simple fix and I bet if the contractor actually read the instructions instead of just hooking up as he saw fit this would never have been a problem. I like this shower set better than the one in the second shower so ordering another.

Oh my! What a great shower head for the price. Super easy to install, only took me 10-15 minutes. I had to use vice grips to get my old shower head off as it was really old and musty, but this one comes with a handy wrench that is specific to this shower head to tighten the new one on, which is really nice. No leakage so far, very well made and light weight. The packaging was great too, not a single part missing. It even comes with some spare rubber washers and plumbers tape which I did end up using just to make sure there wasn’t any leakage. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a shower head with a handheld attachment or just spray options in general.

It didn’t magically change my water pressure, HOWEVER, it did help a little! It’s very nice because there is a lot of water flow from the overhead and the hand held has good water pressure. So, I have hair extensions so the hand held is perfect for washing my hair, and the overhead is just so nice and relaxing! I would recommend if you’re looking for something that has a lot of water flow and better (not way better, just better) water pressure

Everything is included in the box, box is sealed with tamper tape. Very easy to install. Chose black finish, matched my tub hardware. Took a shower, everything easy to adjust to just the perfect angle. Being 6'5" it was nice not hit my head on the shower head or having to stand next to the shower wall to get wet. The rainfall shower head is huge, and was wonderful. The handheld has strong water flow. Like the ability to mix the two and I am very happy this purchase
