Vitamin A a day works wonders for me
I like to take Vitamin A as part of my vitamin regiment. I can feel that it helps my eyes stay healthy while I age. The size of the pill is tiny and easy to swallow. I don't notice any smell or taste when taking it. I find it to be a good quality product. One a day is all it takes. A whole bottle last over a year.

looked up vitamin A it appears that it may help my purple spots on my arms, called Purpura.
I’m not sure it’ll help the spots because I haven’t been using it that long, but I’m optimistic.
