The media could not be loaded. We've had other kids smart phone toys so I was hesitant to order another one that did the same old stuff, but this one definitely stood out. this has not only a regular back camera but it swivels around for kid selfies which I've never seen. My daughter is 3 and it fits in her hand perfectly with a detachable lanyard because we all know kids love to throw things lolz. This phone has the camera, games, songs, calendar, daily routine which talks about making your bed,etc and a habit tracker. Her favorite is ABCs that says the letter, the name of the animal it shows that starts with that letter and then the noise that animal makes. It also has a paint app which lets them draw, use stickers and color. Also has a story app with audio books of classics like snow white. She's taken lots of funny selfies and pictures of our family and pets. For the price it is definitely worth it, Would def recommend. Also includes a card about an extended warranty which is always great to have just in case. Overall really nice product for kids that will keep her entertained and will last for a while.

I bought this smartphone for my niece for Christmas and she is definitely in love with it. She received another 5 toys and she ignored all of them as soon as she opened her new phone. She loves taking pictures of her parents and selfies of her with the great camera it has. It has many apps for learning, like the ABC’s, music 🎶, games, calendar, calculator and so much more I still need to explore when she lets me borrow it again. I definitely recommend it for any children since it’s very educational, great quality and it has lots of options in apps which makes it seem like a real cellphone but with all safety for kids. I know my sister is happy to not have my niece take her phone away anymore. Best of all it is at a great price for all it has and the quality it is! Also, awesome customer service. I emailed them to ask about the warranty and they replied in minutes. I knew I had to leave a good review. Happy holidays!

Great little phone. This is a great little phone for young users. It's easy, fun and entertaining. There are many games for young ones to learn from. I'm happy that I got this for my grandson.

Great mini phone if your kiddo is wanting a real one. I bought this for ages 3 and 5 at the time when received at Christmas. The oldest is getting more into the applications like games, reading and video recording she is now 6. The youngest still thinks its neat but has not evolved with it just yet only does pictures and changing of the screen layout. Very impressed with the "grow with it" type of applications as they can have this play phone for a while. Only did 4 stars because it has a weird alarm feature that is very hard to turn off and goes off in the middle of the night unexpectedly whether the phone is on or off. Other than that minor inconvenience, this is a great play phone for all ages.

Please don’t waste your time. 1st one wouldn’t turn back on after being charged the 1st time. 2nd one did the same. They worked fine until they needed to be charged.Waste of my time and energy dealing with the return process.

Got this phone a while back but my older son dropped it on the concrete and it shattered. So we got it again for New Years, she loved it. We love the stories, games, the music, taking pictures and looking just like mommy. My child is in love with the phone and I can’t be happier for her as it has only great features. Great product and I recommend it!

My daughter loves this phone! It has been great for her to use for pretend play. It is interactive and engaging, and I feel more comfortable knowing she is not able to use it to download apps or access the internet. The games on the phone are fun, but her favorite features are the camera and video recording options on it. I am pleased with the length of the battery life, but it is easy to charge when the battery does drain. If you are in the market for a pretend smartphone, would highly recommend this one.Tip: the initial screen you see when it boots up looks like an error message, but it is not. Simply push the button on the bottom of the phone and the phone will continue to load.

Pros- Swivel camera is much easier for toddler's to understand than a "switch camera" button- Picture quality is decent for the price- Many included "apps" including audiobook stories- Camera app includes cute static overlays like astronaut helmet and snorkel mask- Easy to add mp3 files but it's hard for kids to pick songs unless they can read (can't add cover art)Cons- Poor UX design decisions in hardware and software- - There is a power button and power switch which makes it confusing to turn on.- - Using the power switch resets the system clock, which breaks photo timestamps and sorting- - It's much too easy for toddlers to accidentally delete photos- - Game volume is not controllable by the volume buttons and some games are either loud or mute- Disappopinting battery life- Audiobook voice is in English but has a noticeable Chinese accentUpdate: Somehow all my kid's photos disappeared. I'm sure she didn't delete it as she now knows not to do that but they're all gone in both the phone UI and when connected via USB to the PC. The other apps, videos, and music are still there, even music I uploaded
