What kind of soldiers can work for bikes

This answer is for those who want to solder aluminum tubing, to construct bike frames. The quick answer is no. Maiyum solder is for electronics. You will need a torch that can burn MAPP gas, and the proper PPE such as welding gloves and a fixed face shield.

How do you solder. Do you put the solder on the iron than run over the wire or it should just melt on the wire without the iron melting the solder?

Solder follows heat, but it's important not to burn off all of the flux before it gets to where it needs to go (flux removes oxidation, which allows the solder to make a strong molecular bond with the surface). Putting solder on the tip of the iron first is a guaranteed way to burn off the flux in the solder before you put it where it needs to go. I typically touch the iron to where I want the solder to go, heat the connection, and then bring the solder in to either touch the same joint. On wires the iron will touch the opposite side as the solder - so the solder flows through toward the heat of the iron. In some applications the connection is too small, so I touch the solder to the iron as close as possible to the connection. If I ever need to apply solder to the iron first and then bring it over to a connection, I use a flux pen or paste flux to coat the connection before soldering it.

Is this stuff magnetic or will it attract magnet?

This solder wire has no magnetic properties, but since it contains tin it is a paramagnetic material. The attraction to magnets is very low and should pose no problems when used in common electronic applications.

This is solder with flux core. Voltage has nothing to do with it.
