After getting a quote of over $300 to clean my solar panels, I purchased this to do it myself and it worked great! The kit is well-made, and the 4-stage telescoping pole extends easily from 5 to 17 feet, making it simple to reach every panel. The water-fed brush, cobweb duster, and 10” squeegee all worked perfectly, and the soap dispenser made cleaning quick and efficient. Everything felt sturdy and easy to handle. I saved a lot of money and my panels look spotless — highly recommend this kit for anyone doing their own solar panel maintenance!

You know what it's like when you buy something that just works well? Im very impressed with this. Bought it to clean our solar panels on a 1 1/2 storey house (42 panels) which hadn't been cleaned in three years. They had accumulated grime and pollen and the panels output was down. This system assembled easily. The extension tubes work well, they are remarkably rigid given the distance they extend and pretty lightweight. I'm old and arthritic but I had no problems using the brush at full extension. The water spray system works well. The soap dispenser does its job. My wife was excited about the microcloth/squeege combo tool (that even comes with replacement squeeze blades) and the spiderweb tool! So, overall an excellent purchase.

I purchased this for cleaning vinyl siding along the north side of my home. This is a classic "problem area." No sun equals grime and forest effluvia. A pressure washer cannot effectively reach areas above 10 feet, unless you are standing on scaffolding. The IGADPole can. This alone will save you money on hiring professionals to pressure wash your home. You get good value for your money. The build quality appears to be excellent, as I had no issues assembling or working with the pole. With soap and water streaming through the pole at the maximum needed height, the grimy, hard to reach areas now look pristine. By swiping across the siding, the siding became clean. Easy enough. You'll need strong arms and upper body strength to effectively handle the pole, but nothing much above average. The only negative that I ran into pertains to the soap dispenser. This is a small cup-like device that attaches to both the garden hose and the pole. The problem was in controlling the amount of soap dispensed. It's not clear, looking at the "cup/dispenser" how to adjust for the amount of soap. The instructions say that the user can gradate the amount, but the dispenser itself lacks an indicator, apart from the "rinse" and "feed" dial positions. No specific levels are indicated, just single dots along the face of the dispenser. Trial and error are required - this is an oversight. Apart from this, all went well and now I have a solution for those hard to clean areas of my home.

Well made and quality product. This cleaning system must be assembled- but it is easy to do and the instructions are clear. I bought this to clean my siding on the house without having to climb and place a ladder. I was able to clean the entire house in about 4 hours (I'm 71) and the results were great. The rinse hose for the primary brush is great

We have 2nd story huge windows. This is the best pole cleaner I've ever used and I've tried a lot of them. It takes some strength, but does a pretty good job.

In theory a good product, but a couple failure points due to poor quality. The water hose is horrible quality and blistered. One of the blisters was inside the pole and caused sufficient tension on extension to break the connection point at the brush. Two failures right there. The third failure was the soap dispenser. It had a defect that resulted in it not being able to seal cause all the soap to be lost. If they use better quality materials this would be a good item. The quality is terrible causing the product to be a disaster and a waste of my time.

I bought this with a bottle of Glass Gleam Solar panel soap to clean my panels. Set up was not too difficult (instructions are a tad vague). It's light weight and easy to use. Panels look like new after scrubbing and saw a nice bump up in productivity. Only problem is the blue hose that runs through the telescoping pole is unable to handle the PSI of a garden hose. When I used the stop valve to shut off the water to the brush, the blue hose below the valve bulged badly in places, and sprung a leak at one of the bulges. I think I can cut out and eliminate that section, but may need to replace. If you are connecting to a garden hose, don't open the tap all the way - keep the water pressure relatively low.

This Washing Kit was the perfect product for cleaning my solar panel. It's easy to handle and helps get the job done fast. I had a minor issue with the hose, but the manufacturer took the right action. I appreciate their assistance.

Far better and more efficient than I expected. Definitely has the reach to make washing first floor windows easy. Strong one piece extending pole and very easy to add the brush and pipe together. Really good connection system for all components. If the washing liquid container is used, consider turning down bottle valve to restrict flow of liquid otherwise it might empty quickly.

I bought item. I was really happy with it good quality and it did what it says on the box. I bought one from the TV channel when it came poor quality, I used it you couldn’t do what it says on the box just collapsed

I received the 9m pole kit this week... absolutely perfect, cannot fault it. Yesterday as the weather was fine I was able to clean all windows,facias and soffits in under two hours. Highly recommend this product.

I was delaying buying this because of the price. I had other water-fed brushes in my list too and was constantly comparing them all; features, length of pole, price and looking at the positive and negative reviews. Eventually, I decided to go with this product as it is a more reputable brand and had better reviews. I'm glad I made that decision because this water-fed brush is fantastic. The quality is outstanding. The pole is light and has foam sections which make gripping this in cold weather very comfortable. It extends with around five clips which are strong and not difficult to open or close. Keep in mind when extending the pole that it will pull through small blue hose that is fed through inside to the brush at the end. The brush is medium firm and well made. It is easy to attach to the pole. Simply clips in. All you need to do is push the little hoses into the brush without any effort at all, and you're done. The bundle I bought came with the squeegee too and the bottle for adding solution. But honestly, if you do the windows properly you won't need any solutions...no fairy liquid, no window cleaning soap...nothing. Yes there is an actual proper way to clean windows. I thought you just scrubbed around and then rinsed off. That is NOT the case at all and I highly recommend you head over to you tube and watch some of the videos on there on how to properly clean windows with a water fed brush. Starting with the window frames before rinsing, then working slowly into the seals area up above and rinsing, then the sides, then the lower part of the window and then the sills. Then there's a way of rinsing off with the water jet to make sure you don't get any dirt running back down your window and drying. So please watch YouTube before buying this or when you've bought it. The pole will feel heavy when fully extended to 24ft (if that's the version you bought) but if you know what you're doing with the cleaning process (see above paragraph) then you'll be done in five minutes. The first time I used it, I thought the windows were clean. They looked it until I went indoors and saw they'd dried with dirt dripping from up above where I hadn't cleaned properly. So I ended up putting the squeegee on and smearing the muck all over. Bad mistake. So I had to get the gear back out and practice that cleaning technique again. I've mastered it now! I am very very happy with this product and it's saved me £12 a month on window cleaning services....well kind of... a year from now it'll be a saving anyway. Highly recommend. Don't ponder for months like I did. Just grab it. But get the size that suits you. No point in a 24 foot pole if you live in a bungalow. In fact you'd not need a pole at all in that scenario. Is a 17ft pole for you? a 20foot? Get the right size, but don't under measure as you'll regret it if down the line you'd wish you had got the 24ft pole so you can do you fascia boards and soffits..and gutters. Think it through, but go for it!
