Best chair I've ever had
This chair might be a little pricey, but it's oh so worth it! This is the most comfortable desk chair I've ever experienced. Great back support. I love that it swivels and rocks a little for my restless self. Easy to assemble. Easy to adjust. Feels strong and sturdy.

Good Chair, Easy to Assemble and Adjust
I got it assembled in maybe 10 minutes. I followed the assembly video and it was perfect. Many comments said the paper instructions were bad, so I didn’t even look at them. A couple reviews said you need to buy wheels with this chair, which confused me a bit but it does come with wheels. I like how easy the chair is to adjust. For reference I’m 6’3” and slender. The lumbar support at the highest setting is perfect. The armrests can be easily adjusted as well, width and height. I find the narrowest setting fits most naturally, but they can go pretty wide as well. It has many different options for armrest height, so it was easy to fine tune. After adjusting to fit me, this chair is comfortable and supportive. It feels sturdy, but I cannot yet speak to its durability. Each piece of the chair seems solid and they lock together in simple ways without any apparent weak points. I hope to get a few good years out of it, and more would be great. Over 1 year later: still going strong. With college and a remote work, I have spent many hours sitting in this chair. You can't tell from looking at it and it's still sturdy and supportive.

Great Chair - Buy with confidence
For context - I am 6'4" and 230 lbs and been using the chair almost daily for 6 months now. I bought a few chairs and researched a lot before landing on this chair. Overall, I am a fan of this chair and it checked all the boxes for me for a sub $500 chair. It will not compete against the $800++ chairs that are more for corporate wear and tear. Assembly: Straight forward and easy. No issues with any alignment or things not fitting. I had it assembled in under 30 mins. Comfort: The chair is comfortable ONCE you break it in. I found the chair a bit uncomfortable the first few weeks and almost returned it but kept it as I felt it would break in. After that, this chair has been comfortable with me using it 6++ hours a day. No issues with handling my weight. Ergonomics: The height and lumbar support works well. No issues but my one challenge is that the arm rests need to a little lower. I have longer arms and my arms/elbows sometimes rest on the arm rests and they are not padded well enough for that. It can cause pain so I have learned to adapt/adjust to that. I wish they could be lowered a bit more so my elbows did not hit them. Overall, I strongly recommend this char and over 6 months - I have had no issues with quality, comfort or challenges. Happy with the purchase. Buy with confidence!

Switching from a gaming chair in my home office
I've been using a gaming chair in my home office for years. While it was very comfortable it always felt cheap. It creaked and multiple parts broke, including the stem for the gas piston. While the company did honor their warranty it still meant I spent many days without a comfortable office chair. Finally my dog got his collar stuck on the recline handle and broke it out of warranty. This time I decided to go the office chair route. This was one of the few on my short list and it had 1 day shipping. 21 hours after I ordered it had arrived. Box was in good shape. Putting this chair together was breeze. This chair is very adjustable so I spent some time adjusting everything to my liking. Ergonomically everything fits just right. However, and I suspected this from the pictures, the padding in the seat is quite stiff upon arrival. That meant this chair was uncomfortable.. at first. Now that I've had it over a week, and added the HON headrest, the comfort level is rising. I think over time as the foam becomes less stiff the level of comfort will continue to go up. tl;dr: Upon arrival I probably would have only given this chair 3 stars but it has increased to a 4 after a week of breaking it in. Hopefully my prediction is correct and I can increase it to 5 as time goes by. I'll update if/when it becomes relevant. Update: After a month, the padding has been thoroughly broken in and my sitting experience is an enjoyable one. Fifth star earned!

I’ve never been so excited for disappointment.
TL:DR Feels like I got sold a used chair pretending to be a good deal. Upon discovering this enticing offer for an $846 office chair at a 53% discount, I eagerly seized the opportunity. Intriguingly, the option to avail it through Amazon with a zero-percent loan for 5 months, requiring only a $106 as the first down payment, added to its allure. Unpacking the chair, I marveled at its design, especially noting the substantial weight of the seat, indicative of a high-quality build. However, the assembly process was marred by a manual with minimal guidance and diagrams that did not align with my specific chair, raising uncertainty about a potential mix-up. Furthermore, the adjustable seat depth mechanism seems to be visibly bent level. While the concept of a simplified assembly with only three bolts seemed promising, the provided Allen wrench proved inadequate for two of them, necessitating a tedious workaround. Aesthetic concerns surfaced as well; the fabric failed to adequately cover the particleboard beneath, coupled with a protruding staple. Despite its comfort, the realization that such details marred a chair priced at $864 prompted contemplation on its overall value. Regrettably, this initial experience has cast doubt on the anticipated quality and longevity of the product. Considering the issues encountered, the prospect of exploring alternative options seems prudent, as this instance leaves a distinct impression of unprofessionalism from the company. It feels like I got a used chair sold as new but half off hoping people wouldn’t notice.

Good office chair for home use
As far as office/task chairs go, this is great. Obviously won't be as comfortable as an executive/manager chair but those are much more expensive + the faux leather will peel and wear easily. Not good for something you are buying yourself for the home, would be OK if it's in a company office. Definitely get the advanced synchrotilt + two-way adjustable arms, it's more dynamic and customizable. Build quality seems good, the seat itself is pretty firm for a foam seat but I prefer that. Seat cloth almost feels canvassy, slightly rough. Buy used like new if you can

Arm adjustments stripped out shortly after purchase
I regret buying this chair. I loved it on the first day. It is very comfortable and it is great when it works but the elevation adjustments for the arms are totally unreliable. The one on my right arm stripped out the day after the chair came out of the box. This is obviously not an inexpensive chair. When I was shopping I was comparing this chair to models from Herman Miller and from Anthros which are both a price point above this one. In retrospect it was a bad decision to try to save a buck. A $500 chair should not have problems like this.

Comfortable. Instructions terrible. Don't buy a "Used - Like New" item.
1) THE CHAIR ITSELF: So far so good with comfort and the broad range of adjustments is good. But, as mentioned by others, the adjustment controls are not clear and not described in the instructions - but they're OK after some trial and error. I am the sole user of this chair and so don't need to adjust it - but if it was being shared with family members the confusing adjustment controls would become a nuisance. 2) THE INSTRUCTIONS: As reported by others the assembly instructions are generic and so do not properly reflect the parts you receive. This makes HON's included warning about the injury risk of incorrect assembly both amusing and disturbing. The arm mountings are totally different to the instructions and illustrations. The spindle mounting is also totally different and the instructions do not even show or mention two critical parts (a washer and a clip) that must be fitted to stop the base falling off when you lift the chair - if you're lucky you won't discard them as unneeded and if you're lucky you'll figure out where (and how) to fit them. Note: I did use the HON support option to request the correct instructions for my model# / serial#. They responded quickly but sent me a PDF of the same incorrect document! This was despite me finding and sending the specific model information per their request. Perhaps that's all they have - if so, they should not be warning customers not to make assembly mistakes until they can provide relevant, clear and comprehensive instructions. 3) DO NOT BUY THIS AS A "USED - LIKE NEW" ITEM: I've done this before and always received something that is truly like new at a substantial discount. For the HON chair the discount was a mere 3.5% and the consequences were awful. In hindsight I don't know why I took the risk on a self-assembly product like this - but lesson learned. The chair arrived with some parts still partly assembled, rather loose in the box, but all well-wrapped and almost all undamaged. The existing partial assembly made the (incorrect) assembly instructions even more difficult to follow. Unfortunately the partial disassembly by the previous purchaser evidently involved using a large hammer to separate the spindle from the seat base. Presumably HON do not expect these to be disassembled - in which case Amazon should not entertain re-selling them. I had almost completed the entire assembly before I noticed the hammer marks and damaged paint on the seat base, so I am living with it - I don't have the time/energy to disassemble, re-package and return this large (and not "Like New") product. Time will tell if I end up paying the price for this decision due to some unknown hidden disassembly damage. Note: prior to my purchase I did contact Amazon support specifically to ask about warranty on "Like New" products. They assured me that a listed "Used - Like New" product is still fully covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

El asiento se descocio antes de cumplir el mes de uso
La esponja del asiento se empezó a salir por qué las costuras del tapizado se rompieron. La silla no tuvo ningún uso rudo. Muy mala calidad para el precio.

Worst chair wheels install experience ever
This was probably the worst install experience I’ve ever had with a chair. Typically, installing the wheels are the finishing touch and satisfying ending to the chair install but this was not the case. Not only did the wheels did forever to get pushed in, all of the wheels Fitment was not perfect. Every single one of these wheels are off by .mm from one another . Other cheap chairs I have used in the past just push click done, this one I had to use full force/nudging/twisting everything I’m so disappointed considering this was over $7xx dollars.

Overpriced f
One of the most terrible chair that you can get. Gave me back pain within 2 hours. Lombar support is a simple plastic plate. Way to expensive for what it is.
