Good Quality pleased with my purchase

Not very often these days that I am lost for words regarding a purchase but this is one of those occasions. Let me start of with delivery.... On time and very well packaged. Great start. Having previously purchased a "renewed" phone recently only to discover it was awful, I was naturally apprehensive about trying again. As soon as I opened this package my fears were clearly unfounded. This phone was described as "excellent" and it was that and more. Despite going over the phone with a fine tooth comb I could not find one single mark anywhere on the device. It looks fantastic. The screen is perfect with no scratches or marks on the very soft screen. On top of all this they sent me a 256GB model instead of the 128GB for no extra charge. The phone is a US model so it benefits from the much better (and faster) Snapdragon 888 processor as opposed to the EU Exynos version. This also improves battery life. Very happy to recommend this seller/store and will definitely return in the future when I fancy (yet another) change.

Screen damaged can't even factory reset it to send it back phones not worth having or spending that amount of money on a phone like that

I was a little apprehensive buying a reconditioned phone, but it was in mint condition. It's easy to use, easier to get in your pocket and just a little bit different from the norm. The one downside is battery life - if I use it intensively for videos, social media, etc., it needs charging half way through the day. That said, it's not the end of the world. Excellent price, nice phone.

Four months passed ever since I have bought the phone and I feel ready for a review. I bought a refurbished phone but I am not still able to distinguish if it was new or refurbished. The phone was perfect, on everything, apart from the box. The delivery was on time and I honestly didn't have any issues with anything. The phone as such has three downsides that could be a little annoying 1) Screen protector creates bubbles every 2 months. It is pretty normal with the flip but it can be a bit expensive to replace every time. Roughly 30 pounds in a shop or 15 if you buy it online (quite difficult to replace though) 2) Battery lasts no more than 6-8 hours. Unfortunately, the charge is very slow 3) The camera is basic in comparison with plenty of new models. Pictures are not great in quality Apart from these downsides, it is a pretty decent phone. It opens the future for flip.. but it is just the beginning.

It's a brilliant phone

In a sea of 'slab' phones, the Samsung Galaxy Flip 3 phone stands out and it's a joy to see and hold. It makes me smile each time I 'flip' it open and shut it. Though this is a used phoned, the condition of the handset was as described by the seller. It arrived with a Samsung charging cable and a SIM card ejector tool as stated in the sale. The screen is in great shape with it's original screen protector still in place. The fingerprint on/off button works well. The hinge mechanism is still sturdy and feels very well engineered by Samsung. Flip phones are a bit more delicate than slab phones, so I placed a case on it start away (I do this with al my phones to be honest). It currently has One UI version 5.1.1 installed (based on Android 13). But it should get updates to Android 14 and 15 due to Samsung's commitment to 4 years of operating system upgrades and 5 years of security patches on this phone. So I'm set for the next couple of years. The only slight downside is the battery life of these flip phones. It only has a small 3300 mAh battery, so I have to charge it towards the end of the evening (I would say I'm a moderate phone user). For me this is not a problem but your mileage may vary. It does have fast(ish) wired charging as well as wireless charging that is fast enough for me. I think I might be getting hooked on flip phones.
