Sore painful cracked heels can literally debilitate you and make it difficult to even walk around in your own home, let alone going outside and walking for miles. I've spent weeks trying various solutions and my first step was a chemical peel for my heels which took eight days to accomplish. After that I'd gotten rid of most of the dry skin and my heels felt soft but I still had a few cracks I was putting cream on. I did not however feel that completely solved the problem. That is until I decided to try these heel socks. They arrived quickly and when I put cream on and put the socks on the cushy comfort was so nice when walking around. I admit that once I got these heel socks on I did not want to take them off! Eventually I decided that wearing them 24 hours was probably not the best idea so I took them off and washed them and wiped down my feet and then took a shower. Now I only keep them on overnight or part of the day. I'd suggest getting at least three pairs of these because frankly you don't want to rewear the socks you wore for 8-12 hours. A fresh pair after a shower is preferred. They say to soak your feet but I haven't been doing that, just putting the cream on and putting on the socks. I may start soaking if I get the energy! I also think washing the socks by hand in a clean stainless bowl is ideal with a little laundry detergent that is gentle. I dried the socks by putting them on the edge of my laundry basket. It worked! They dry overnight. One thing I did notice is that when you wash them some of the silicone lining must dissolve because the socks felt just slightly less cushy with each wash. Definitely don't put them in the dryer! I noticed they shrank slightly from washing so try to use cold water! The results have been that I have less foot pain and my cracks in my heels are healing. So yes, three pairs are advised so you can have some drying and some for wearing immediately. I am not a doctor and this review is not medical advice. I absolutely love these for not only self care but sleeping at night. I washed these before using and I was pleased that the silicone gel sole didn’t fall apart from it. I think this size can fit all. I’m a size 10 in US women’s. Using these with my foot cream, my heels are starting to heal. I’ve noticed my feet hurt less after a long shift. I recommend only wearing these at night because they feel slippery in my slippers.

These do work, they keep the heels feeling damp instead of dry. They are a bit tight for my size 11.5 feet.

Okay, let me start with, somehow got a nasty deep crack on my left foot. It was bad and I stand at work for a minimum of 8 hours a day, and it hurt. It just wouldn't heal. I ordered two pair of these socks and they arrived on Sunday. I did as usual washed my feet, added vasoline and put the sock on my left foot only. The difference in just the one night was dumbfounding. I did wear it again the following day while at work. The cushion is nice and the healing process is amazing. I'm on my second complete day and I can't say how pleased I am. While I always put a socks on I'm guessing the pressure this puts on the wound is what makes it work so well. I only wish the sock from this Seller came in different colors. I'm going to see what it does for my right heel starting next week, no cracks but lets see how soft it can get! Highly recommend!!

These are amazing. I tried another less expensive brand but they smelled perfumy and the silicone wasn't as thick. These are nice quality and so comfortable to sleep in, and I am someone who could never sleep in socks. I use these at night in conjunction with hyaluronic acid serum and bag balm. When the cracks in my feet are causing me pain, these take the pain away within minutes, kind of like how a bandaid works. And if I keep using them consistently (along with soaking and exfoliating every couple of days), the cracks heal and it alleviates the pain during the day too.

After using them, I noticed a huge difference—my heels started healing, the cracks improved, and the pain from the dry, split skin was so much better. Very happy with this purchase. I used to have really nice feet, until wearing steel toe work boots for a few years and now my heels get very hard dry skin that cracks and is unsightly as well as painful. I was embarrassed to even go get a pedicure. I bought these socks, applied a foot cream before going to bed and then put the socks on. They’re great because the heels are lined with a silicone material that stops the socks and your sheets from absorbing any of the cream so your feet absorb all of it. Within just a couple of days I had seen a big difference! I’m going to continue to use them a few times a week just to keep my feet soft, but they’re happy and healthy again and that’s good enough for me !

Absolutely love these socks, was having some cracked heels so I bought a pair and add my foot cream before bed and next day feels feel soft! Since wearing these and being able to keep the moisturizer on my feet at night these socks has helped my heels from bleeding and being painful. I wash by hand and haven’t had any issues like some have had. I was kinda iffy about getting them because of that but if wash by hand they will last.
