High-quality print, easy-to-peel, split backing. These tapes last longer because they are laminated, unlike older ones. Definitely worth the price.

Used this for labeling automotive wiring. It doesn't stick well to the wiring, but cover it with clear shrink wrap and it's great.

Excellent quality label tape. I use it for patch panels in data centers. These 9mm tapes are perfect for both copper and fiber port labelling. Print quality is crisp and labels peel easily. The adhesive tolerates temperatures from lows in the 30's to highs in the 90's. I highly recommend this brand of tapes.

Brother Genuine TZe131~1/2" 2PK Black Print on Clear Label Tape is exceptional for my intended purpose. I used the tape to label my electrical outlet cover plates for what breaker it was assigned to in the electrial panel. This saves me time and energy when I need to do any work on an outlet. Troubleshooting is so much easier than turning off breakers until you don't have power to the outlet or swich. Shipping was fast, it is a great product and I highly recommend this Seller!!

Brand TZ tape always works well, no complaints there. But the *Black on Pastel Blue* is a bit lighter than the display, and so at a distance looks indiscernible from white, but that really depends on your own eyes. But considering you get 3M less for the same $, might try the regular blue to stand out a bit more.

Saw other reviews and photos of knock-off replacement tape. Unreliable at best, and fugly by comparison. I would not skimp here. Well worth the extra money for no headaches.

Brother Store: Genuine Brother P-Touch Label Tape Cartridge, ½” x 26.2ft, White Print on Black Label This product is a laminated tape cartridge for use with the Brother P-Touch label maker. This particular cartridge utilizes a laminated tape material that is ½” wide (12mm) and 26.2 feet long (8 meters), according to the product’s Amazon page and the product packaging. This particular product utilizes a Black colored label tape upon which white lettering is produced. The labels produced with this tape are very nice looking and adhere very well to any clean, solid substrate. The label material has a release covering placed on the back of the tape which is split down the middle. This release covering aids in placing the label in the desired position and makes it easier to be able to remove release covering and adhere the label to the substrate. I purchased this particular label cartridge to make identification labels for a number of items. The labels have been placed upon hard polymer surfaces and upon the surface of storage cases made of smooth flexible EVA polymer. In all cases, the labels were easy to apply, were applied with no issues (i.e., bubbles, creases, etc.), and the labels have adhered very well. The labels made with the black tape and white lettering look very professional. I have tried some third-party produced label tape cartridges for my Brother P-Touch label maker and none of them produce labels of the quality that the factory original label cartridges can produce. Also, the adhesive quality of the factory original label cartridges are superior to the third-party produced cartridges.

One of the few TZe tapes for Brother's P-Touch labellers that is non-laminated, fabric is the only other currently known although not yet needed. The width almost qualifies it as a 'special purpose' tape unique to Brother and accepted by few of its models, and not currently offered by any of the many 'compatible' brands. At this width, there are few suitable font sizes. With the lesser lengths of tape needed per label, a 3.5mm tape could easily last for months, possibly years, as it is unlikely to be often used. The "Brother Genuine P-Touch TZE-N201 Tape, 9/64" (0.13") Wide Super-Narrow Non-Laminated Tape, Black on White, Recommended for Home and Indoor Use, 0.13" x 26.2' (3.5mm x 8M), Single-Pack, TZEN201" is ideal for those jobs where the space available for a label is very limited; one possible early use will be to enhance the function LED labelling of a keyboard. The tape is ideal for use on smooth flat surfaces including glass, metal, ceramics and most hard plastics; it is not ideal for use on absorbent surfaces including paper, card and unfinished wood as it may lift. This width imposes several demands including use of plain, legible typefaces with just a single line of text while avoiding bold and heavy variants, scripts and fancy fonts normally used for displays and posters. It is ideal for use at the sides of slimline CD jewel cases; full-width jewel cases readily accept 6mm tape labels that were much used when optical media was a regular storage option although far fewer discs were used in the past 3-4 years than were previously used in an average week. There is another imminent task in mind and that is to label the dividers within a family jewellery case.
