Arrived on time. Very good supplement for many things but do your research before trying. I bought to help reduce cholesterol along with red yeast rice because I can't take prescription statins. I haven't had my bloodwork done yet so I can't tell if its helping yet. Fingers crossed 🤞

great for getting your does of cayenne definitely makes it allot easier then taking the powder

I want to like it and take it because of health benefits but after I swallow the supplement it burns at my chest and makes me nauseous and sweat. I have to lie down for a few minutes after I take it because I feel I am having a heart attack or something.

I been taking this Cayenne Pepper for months. I take it everyday, first thing in the morning with lots of water ..It's 👍 great...As you can see I take others to, I spread it out during the day..
