Update: Great customer service. I was offered a choice of a return or a refund. Things happen and they handled it with ease and understanding. I would purchase from them again.Original review: I had just bought this for my dad and it’s not even a few weeks old. I went to visit him and it shows chipping a large amount on both sides. He is retired and doesn’t do much so I’m unsure of how this is happening. It’s a beautiful idea and turned out great when received, but does not stay up to quality.

One side of the product was supposed to say I love you more and more every day drive safe Goob. I love you and it wore off completely almost less than a month. It is not engraved. It is literally just like a sticker the picture of us chipped off, almost immediately without even being rough with it, I bought it for Boyfriend as a gift and we were both very disappointed to see how cheaply it was made it very well and good at first, but it does not last at all very cheap. Do not buy buy a more expensive one or one that is engraved, not a sticker.

Ordered these as memorial pieces for a passed kitty, the paint has a matte finish and the images are crystal clear. Seller is very responsive regarding questions or concerns. I get to see my girl everywhere I go now💚 very heavy duty keychain as well!

Impressed with the product!

This was originally nice looking but within two days of it being on the keychain one side of the picture peeled completely off and the other is peeling off on the edges and I’m sure will be completely off soon. This wasn’t left in the sun or anything to make sense why it peeled off so quickly.

Got it as a Father’s Day gift for my partner and it is really cute. I wasn’t expecting a thick black boarder around the edge so know that is part of this keychain and the quality of the pictures is nothing outstanding but it is alright. Cute gift and good for the price!

Absolutely love these keychains, i got this made for a friend. She loved it!!! the size and weight is perfect for a keychain. Such a great gift idea!! The personal picture & words you can put on it- to come out that clear and present is amazing!!

I got this for Father’s Day for my husband and loved it so much when it first came in that I bought another one for my dad. Within a week of my husband using it the picture scratched off. The pictures are of my kids so I’m not putting it here but I was disappointed because it did look very nice when it was sent and it just didn’t last.
