Mayo clinic, WebMD any number of sources will tell you that seniors don't get enough B12, this gives you in one very small tablet that dissolves quickly under your tongue one thousand micrograms of each of the two recommended types, methylcobalmin and adenosylcobalmim, with a minimum of inactive ingredients that basically just hold the thing together and let it taste good as it dissolves. If you're careful and have good eyesight and a sharp knife you can cut them in half because really all you need is 500 micrograms of each to ensure you're getting what you need, but I like the extra hit, one tablet under your tongue in the morning and you're good to go.

I just took one micro pill and it taste great. I hope I feel some energy from it. Why use such a big bottle for micro pills though? It makes it seem like you’re not getting your moneys worth. I’ll do a follow up post if the pills work.

This has been the best B12 for me, and raised my numbers to a healthy level- and also made notable improvements to how I felt.My Dr supports this and found it to be a very good supplements for me to help with spine/nerve function and protections.

Supplement is good and dissolve easily but packaging is way too big for the size and number of tablets.
