Review 1The delivery and customer service are exceptional. In terms of the item itself, it is easy to set up and use. I did not have any problem downloading the app and linking it to the device. However, I am a bit disappointed as the steps count seems not to be very accurate. Thus, the distance walked and calories burnt are also not accurate. E.g. I woke up this morning and did quite a lot of walking around the house and the steps were still in zero. I go up the stairs (12 of them) and the device only counts 3-4 steps. I do not know whether the device has some failure or it is just simply the way I walk. I bought another for my wife and hers seems to be more accurate. Also, the night sleep tracker seems to also be inaccurate, last night it gave me a reading of about 1hr later in relation to the time I went to sleep. Overall I am dissappointed (may be because I was expecting much more based on the reviews I read) so now I am now thinking in spemding a bit more and get a Fitbit. Manual is easy to read and follow.Review 2This review is regarding the device I bought for my wife. Unfortunately, her device does not track the sleep, it does not seem to work. Also, when compared with my device, the pedometer seems to be very, very different in terms of sensitivity and accuracy.Overall, after having bought two of this I am now convinced it was a waste of money and I big mistake I made. They simply do not work.

The first one that I received didn't count accurately however the customer service was excellent and I quickly received a new one which is working fine. It probably doesn't count every step but it certainly gives you a very good idea of how many you have done in a day. The app works out averages for the week / month / year which I find really useful. I would definitely have another one.

My mum said they had to make the holes bigger on hers as well.3rd thing was I did a 10k race on Sunday and it told me I did 7k.So overall for an active person like me, its no good, for my 65yr old mum who wants to record her calories, steps and HR its great.

Fast delivery, good piece of kit for the money. Good quality, steps and distance are pretty bang on. Not 100% about the calories and heart rate, but only had it a day. Ordering another for the missus. Good product

Have had this for 3 months now. Brilliant quality. Works just as well as the more expensive fitness trackers. Not very accurate with the step counter which is why I have taken off a star.

Heart rate monitor doesn't work for toffee, watching a movie & a 2k jog gave me the same readings. Calories burnt seem to be on point as do distance travelled/pedometer.Had a play with the other features but they either don't work or didn't contribute into my decision to buy anyway.Looks nice, decent battery.

For the price this is a really good smart watch, easy to set up able to check the app each day no problems. I would recommend this product.

Works fine & does what it says. Very good battery life.
