Good Flavor, and They Don't Glob together
First and foremost, I need to take vitamin C. I don't get enough vitamins because I simply don't eat as well as I should with my hectic lifestyle. Perhaps it's just me but the "chewable" vitamin C 500mg horse tablets taste like crap, while one might look at these and say there isn't enough C per gummy, they are right, but that's probably why they taste pretty good. Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) simply isn't the best tasting thing.. to me they are just right with a good flavor. Yes you have to take 4 of them to get the right amount, but I happen to take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. Heck I treat them like a little candy treat each evening when I go on the hunt for something sweet I just toss two of them in my mouth and they fill a little candy crave while delivering my Vitamin C needs. I do wish they sold them in a bigger bottle. All that said, One thing I like about this particular brand is that they have a granular sugar coating which keeps them from sticking together. I have tried many brands of gummy vitamins and gummy vitamin C. I hate when I go to get a gummy and the entire bottle has turned in to one huge glob. The granular coating stops this from happening.. Yay! I love these vitamins, they taste good, and I'll take that over having a bad tasting product that I have to take fewer of.

With the cold season around the corner I love to keep vitamin C on hand especially for the kids. It’s hard to get my toddlers to eat vitamins but this is a brand our whole family will eat. It does have added sugars but what do you expect from a gummy vitamin… I recommend for the kiddos for sure. Or anyone not a fan of swallowing pills.

You can take a required large dose of Vitamin C without choking!
This an example of a drug/supplement whose dose would be hard to swallow because of size; the gummie is easy to chew and swallow, while also sweet and tasty. This leads to better compliance and better outcomes. Useful in keeping a patient’s urine acidic.
