Great taste and vitamin
These are my favorite vitamins to take the taste is great and it helps with my b12 I get shots for my b12 but I keep these for a quick b12 to keep my levels good until I get my shot!

My doctor told me to take one every other day. The gummy is very soft; it is easy to chew. The flavor is good. I take it in the morning 8am. I have no troubles sleeping at night. Compared to some of the other brands out there, this one was reasonably priced. I was told this brand has been around for a while. This is why I bought it. Doctor said it's fine, just take them as prescribed by him, not what the bottle says.

Very good, taste is pleasant and texture is not sticky that gets stuck in your teeth. Very simple to pop one in your mouth every morning as they are small, doesn’t upset my stomach. Quality is good. Recommend!

Good Quality
I notice a difference when taking these verse not, though it's subtle. Any amount of extra energy is worth it to me and with the price, quantity, and good taste, I'll continue. I can't compare the texture to other's preferences, but they are not gummy chewy, or stick to the bottle as in some other gummies. My recommendation is to not take this at night or could interfere with sleep.

Taste good and reasonably priced!
My doctor recommended that I start taking VitB12 and these gummies were exactly what the doctor ordered. And for a great price! I would recommend this product.

Helps with knee pain
Great product! I'm really surprised at the difference I've experienced 3 weeks into taking these. An unexpected benefit is reduced pain in my knees and hip. I didn't know B12 supplements helped with knee pain. I found this out it accident after 3 weeks of taking it daily. I used to take motrin and Tylenol every other day for daily pain. But 3 weeks into taking B12 and my knee and hip pain tapered off. I didn't know why, but the only thing different I was taking was the B12 supplement. As it turns out, B12 deficiency contributes to knee joint pain. The reason I started on this supplement was for energy, but I like it even more for what its done for joint pain! Great product!
