Great Support
I purchased this as I needed to sleep sitting up for a few weeks after surgery. This pillow provides great support and finally allowed me to sleep comfortably in my bed instead of propped up in an uncomfortable recliner. The design of the pillow makes it possible to customize the positioning one needs. I had also purchased one of those high back “husband” bed chairs and that kind of backrest helped me stay sitting upright but did not provide the shoulder and arm support this one does. This was a great investment and I highly recommend it.

Perfect ! Very comfy , I really love this pillow. Allow it to inflate 48h and then boom, magic is there. I’ve ordered although I’m in France, I’m not disappointed at all, it was worth it!

Took a while to ship, But i like the item
I used this to help me sleep sitting up after a recent surgery. I ended up putting one of my bed pillows in there to help with back support, and this INSEN pillow has fulfilled the purpose. I wish I found it for my other surgeries. I think they are made to order because it took a few weeks to ship out, but it arrived just in time (the day of surgery-husband put it together for me). So just plan a couple of weeks ahead of time

Not comfortable at all
The material on the outside is very soft but it’s not comfortable to sit in the way it shows in the pictures. It literally gives me back pain after a while. I’ve tried other ways to use it but regret buying and wish I could get my money back

LIFESAVER
Ordered this for my daughter who was just released from the hospital. It has been a life saver! Support wherever you need it. She couldn't lay flat in the bed and this not only supported her neck and shoulders but under her knees as well. It's so customizable, the halves unzip making a larger and smaller "u" shape. I bought the minky fabric, very soft and easily washable. I would recommend to anyone looking at a similar product.
