Rope fitted incorrectly causing a dramatic tilt to swing after some use.
Arrived quite quick and I was happy at 1st. Once the rain had subsided for the children to play on it in the garden properly it leant to a funny angle and I realised the rope has not been fitted correctly but I couldn't find a way to contact seller and the return window had already closed.

Not worth the money
Lasted only a few days after it was unusable. Is no longer flat but tilted because of the poor design.

Safety
This is great! It was a bit fiddly to put together - you have to feed 4 metal tubes into foam tubing and then try to push each of the foam coated metal tubes through the fabric pockets in the nest swing. This is a bit tricky, but only took about 20 minutes to do the whole thing. My five year old loves it! The only thing to say is that the blue fabric has faded a lot in the few weeks we've had it, but that doesn't affect the use of the swing in any way.
