Pipe Insulation Foam Tube 1/4 inch,- 6FT 1/4" Foam Tubing for for Indoor Outdoor Plumbing Pipe, AC Unit, Guitar Stands (1/4" ID X 3/8" OD-6Ft)

It's pipe insulation, I don't really know much else to write about it. My personal use for it was for a cold plunge outside and I would cut a section of the piping and then install it around the piping. If you can use a tape measure and cut things then you can install this. It hasn't frayed off or failed anywhere so it is good there. Pretty simple to use and cut but still sturdy enough. I'm using 3/4" piping so find one that is the same size. My pipes no longer sweat in the summer time.

This foam tubing was perfect for covering lines from my air conditioner. Great quality and at a good price. They were easy to put on and it has saved wear and tear on my air conditioner.

This item is low quality, very thin and will tear easily. Get a thicker one, even if you have to go to your big box store and judge them in person.

Came kinda smashed with indentations all over it, but it did still work for what I needed it for. So for the price and my use case, I’d say it worked out ok. It’s also not designed to be used this way, and being an electrician I understand for the most part this insulation would be covered by walls or in an attic/crawl space, so for the price, it worked out. Size is as listed, fit well on the ladder rungs as well. Was also super easy to cut and install.

Easy to install. Good quality tubing. Size was perfect for the 220 wire. Wasn't too thick. Works perfect to protect our wire.

Not pre cut, I should have ordered 1” to cover a 3/4” copper pipe, ran very tight.

This foam fit perfectly to repair the damaged foam on the boarding ladder on my 2003 SeaDoo GTX 4Tec. I removed the two bolts, tapped it with a small hammer, it slid off, I cleaned the remaining adhesive with a Scochbrite pad, and slid the new foam in place. I replaced the bolts, put on a drop of blue locktite, and re tightened. Fixed for much less than the $175.00 list price for a new one.
