I purchased this product for the first time when I found myself in Colorado staying at 9,000. It made all the difference. It is also a perfect boost in the afternoon....better than caffeine or chocolate!

These O2 canisters are the perfect size to keep around and use for my cluster headaches. I really like the Peppermint oil scent that also helps with headaches. Much better alternative than any medicine in my opinion.

I love it, my work colleagues mocked me until we did a breath-holding year and most lasted 50% longer and some even more - smokers included!

I have been impressed with how long the first canister has lasted. Mint flavor is a big plus.

For every day use, this product was not for us! I was hoping it would help with my migraines or give my husband a boost of energy. I chose the mint flavor so we could tell the cans were working. While an interesting experiment, it did not work for our purposes. But, it seemed to be a good product, that did what it was supposed to do and would be applicable for those at high altitudes with lower amounts of oxygen.

I have COPD, it keeps my hypoxia while not on my concentrator
