Very good it does have a hot cold plate which gets quite warm... And a cold plate which does get quite cold must be some kind of mini air conditioner fitted inside 😁 but the vibrations also quite good the whole thing comes with three settings on each it also seems to have a timer cut out as well but worth the money 👍👍

Easy to use and value for money, I haven't used the heat setting but the massage bit is good

Cold Hot functionality is super disappointing if you are gonna get it because of it get something else because you will barley notice the change of temperature

This works
Very easy to use. Helps considerably with tight muscles. One section vibrates, the other heats up. Straight forward controls. Value for money. Recommend.

Very powerful
Very strong vibration . Good deep massage and Bells Palsy. Has an annoying way of turning on the infra red lamp, which is actually pretty useless
