You will get a new battery in a little box, have not tested the voltage or amperes, but it worked.

Specifically was looking for a battery similar to Rii wireless controllers battery. This one fits and improves the controllers functionality and lifespan.

There are differences between BL-5B and BL-5C batteries in the capacity to hold a charge AND the physical size of the battery is NOT equal so that there is NOT interchangeability (except, perhaps, in certain devices). Battery width and thickness are equal. BL-5B length is shorter than the BL-5C. Contacts are same-same. When I searched "compare bl-5c with bl-5b" for information, I mis-read or misunderstood the context regarding interchangeability. I have a small wireless battery-operated recharegeable mini-keyboard that I use with a Raspberry Pi. One of the BL-5C batteries that it uses is performing poorly and needs to be replaced. The other is still giving good service. Since I now have a BL-5B to experiment with and compare to BL-5C, I'll post my results. 1. 5B is shorter by 7mm so the battery easily dislodges from the contacts of the mini-keyboard when bumped. There are tabs to hold the proper sized battery (5C) in place with pressure against the springs in the contacts. A portion from a wooden chop stick and from a wooden tongue depressor gave me enough material to craft a shim which holds the substitute battery in place. 2. I have a charging device for these batteries, so I used it to charge the three batteries so that each would have 'equal opportunity'. Battery #1 which was performing poorly gave 5 hours of service. It's full charge measured 4.18 volts. Battery #2 is also aging. It's full charge measured 4.13 volts. I'll test it to determine which will be a backup to #3. Battery #3 (which is the brand new battery in this review) gave 14+ hours of service before I discontinued testing. It's full charge measured 4.25 volts. Clearly an improvement.

Stopped working after a week

Worked for a few days and now it starts to charge, stops and is dead in a few seconds time.

No they did not they are too short
