Awesome Neon light. It is continuous, colorful, and pleasing to the eye. It has a remote as well as app feature for better control. I got the 20 ft one and the length do the justice. Brightness is powerful enough to have a halo effect. There are different patterns which can be set for dramatic effect. I tried Light color on the surrounding music, did not like much but maybe a thing for other folks. another advantage is the controller allows connecting two light. so if you purchase two set of rope, you can use the same controller to control both at the same time. One thing that could have been better is providing double tape to stick the light. plastic bracket with screw are part of the package but for furniture I think better to use double tape. all in all a good product at a very affordable price range. All in all a good product at a decent price range.

So I will admit I got a little excited to finish my space and mounted these backwards at first but ended up liking it that way more! These were so so easy to mount, looks so clean on the wall and adds the perfect glow to my space so so worth the price I paid, I did use a little double sided tape to help hold it in some spots since there’s no adhesive. Seems really well made and clean on the wall, sizing was a little long but I made it work, remote control isn’t very inuitive what modes do what i definetly had to play around with it. I did just install them a couple days ago so can’t speak to durability yet but so far: 10/10 would buy again!

We purchased this light for its length, color range and quality, and price point, and have not been disappointed... There are some novel programs for setting the color changing and the timing of color changes and transitions; those are cool but what we really liked was the diffusion provided by the material that everything is encased in. There are no hot spots and the light is just the right brightness for it use as a recessed light sitting above a ledge over our TV. We love the way this looks and is available in the perfect length, yet could be cut to fit a space if needed. The remote works fine if it has a direct signal to the IR receiver, and better yet, the IR receiver can be hidden if connecting solely with the free controller app. While this device does not provide HomeKit integration, we have had zero issue with plugging this into a HomeKit enabled smart switch... We use Siri to turn the lights on and off through automation, and defer to the app or remote if changing the LED color, or setting a time-based program for color to automatically change. This light strip retains its previous settings, even when switch on/off via the 3rd party smart switch, which is what makes this product integrate perfectly for our needs and smart home system. The only criticism is for the clips that come with the product. They attach via some very small screws, however there is no much room for a heavier screwdriver to to fit in the center of the clips when screwing into wood, and in our use case, there is no room to fit a drill to make a pilot hole. A smaller screwdriver is just not providing enough hand grip or purchase area on the heads of the screws when screwing into wood without a pilot hole. Alternately, we used a heavy duty double stick foam tape to attache the clips, however the vinyl material used for the clips does not allow for much adhesions strength and the clips popped off the tap under the forces of the previously coiled strip be forced to lay flat. We would gladly purchase again for upcoming lighting projects, but would recommend that the company switches to metal clips or a design with a mounting hole positioned outside of the clip area for easier access, since not everyone has access to a 3D printer to make their own design ;-)

The AILBTON 20ft neon rope lights are vibrant and flexible, making them easy to shape around furniture, shelves, or walls. The colors are bright, and the multiple lighting modes are fun for creating different moods. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the app connection can be a little finicky at times, and it takes a few tries to sync properly. Overall, though, they’re high-quality, versatile, and add a great touch of ambiance to any space.

One area for improvement would be the mounting options—while the package includes plastic brackets and screws, I would’ve preferred some double-sided tape for easier furniture application. Overall, it’s a solid product at a very reasonable price point.

Incredible and Works really well and is very bright and I absolutely love it

The lights are good, but the mounting clips are HORRIBLE. First, for 20 feet, they included only 14 clips, which is less than one clip per foot - not enough to keep it straight. If you are doing corners, you will run out fast. The rope does not stay in the clip very well. I will need to find another way to mount about half of it. The screws are weak, so if you are trying to mount on an oak trim, you need to drill holes first.

Negatives: Unlike the pictures (which show a solid LED rope) you can clearly see the individual LED lights inside the rope. They look better in pictures than in person. In person, they pretty much look like normal LED strips with no diffusion at all. The app is also fairly limited. You can pick a color and sync them with sound, but the effects are limited to their pre-determined colors. Wamt to fade from blue to purple, or have different colors shown at the same time (like in the pictures)? No can do. My other negative is that the clips aren't adhesive -- they have holes and come with tiny nails. I used my own Velcro circles instead. Positive: Simple to set up. Everything worked. QR code to download the app is printed on the power supply, so you can't lose it. Bottom line: They work, but they don't look as good as they do in the pictures. I'll keep them up until I can order something to replace them.
