TRINITY Dual-Sided Mobile, Black Rolling Bin Rack

The most impressive thing about this product is actually the packing efficiency they came up in the unassembled state. I couldn't believe they fit this whole thing in such a tiny box (relative to assembled size). The bins are thin and nest tightly together. The "nice" versions of these rolling parts bin walls cost 6X as much or more, and they are worth it if you need a rugged storage solution for commercial/industrial use. This is not designed to be loaded super heavy, the bins are too flimsy, however, for the money it's hard to beat.

For the most part I like this product, however, like other reviews I found one of the storage bins broken. They really packed them in tight. If it wasn't for that I probably would have given it 5 stars.

Excellent customer service! Had received a few broken bins with the product so I filed a damaged claim at the web address listed on the back instruction manual. I was contacted within 12 hrs of filing my claim. The replacements were sent out within 24hrs. Thank you trinity customer service for valuing you customer and standing by the product you sell. The product: The frame is excellent. I believe it will hold up well. I do think the bin design could be thicker as they seem a bit thin for holding a significant amount of hardware. Only time will tell if they will hold up well.

A lot of the bins are cracked or split. The package arrived with absolutely no signs of shipping damage. The reason the bins are cracked and split is obviously because of how tightly they were smashed together to fit in the box. So tight in fact if you’re not careful pulling them apart you’ll just finish destroying them. None of mine where so bad that they couldn’t be used but I don’t expect them to last long. Also the wheels on the bottom were miss bolts and nuts. Had to hunt some hardware before I could even begin putting together.The instructions are dumbed down to pre k level but unfortunately every single piece in the box was labeled with the letter L. I guess they ran out of A-K.I also bought Harbor freight’s model it’s $20 cheaper but it is “comparatively speaking” much better quality. Down side to harbor freight’s is it has 20 less of the large bins.All in all this item is no where near worth $200If I seen it at a thrift store I may give $10 for it but that’s it.Seriously don’t waste your money on this piece of crap.
