MesoGold ® 20 ppm Colloidal Gold 250 mL/8.45 Oz

I'm highly skeptical of the "placebo effect" and I check and verify things at least 7 times before I make a claim... ...MESOGOLD IS LIQUID DREAMS IN A BOTTLE! FURTHERMORE (and just as importantly), it increases what I call "sleep efficiency". If I don't get 8 hours of sleep, I am lethargic all day. No matter what time I go to bed, my body clock gets me up at 5 to 6 am and there is no going back to sleep after that, so it is important for me to get to bed early (and usually induce sleep with melatonin). When I started taking MESOGOLD (before dinner or before bed, ALWAYS ON AN EMPTY STOMACH, not in combination with any other elements (very important!), and held under the tongue for 30 seconds), I noticed the vivid dreaming (as many others have reported) right away. I also noticed that I was experiencing far more energy throughout the day, which I can only remember having about 20 years ago until my "get up and go, got up and went" (aging?)... Even more remarkably, due to procrastination on homework, there have been several nights where I have stayed up to 11 pm or even 12 midnight, leaving me with only 5 hours of sleep. I STILL had the same energy upon rising at 5 am in the morning as if I got 8 to 10 hours of sleep! Therefore, I conclude that the sleep efficiency factor is about 2:1 (or more precisely 17:10), meaning I feel as if 1 hour of sleep is as effective as 2 hours. TO CLARIFY: I am NOT claiming that the Element Gold (Au) is a substitute for sleep. I AM claiming that ingesting Gold internally makes sleep more efficient (and I recommend a SAFE form, such as MESOGOLD). Being an electrical conductor (and likely more), my claim is very logical. When we dream and sleep, our brains and bodies (physical, mental and whatever else) repair and literally "re-create"; in the true meaning of the prefix (re-) and root word (create), or "undo/repair" all the damage suffered throughout the day. Gold, by allowing us to enter an exponentially higher quality state of sleep, causes this increase in "sleep efficiency factor". I've always said that the value of precious metals and stones goes far beyond their aesthetic appeal (also known colloquially as "bling bling"). It's not about the bling. There are scientific properties, electrical properties, medical properties, biological properties, and even spiritual properties (yes, I know, this is scientifically debatable, but consider telling someone 200 years ago that there would be airplanes and televisions)... A spectrum of useful properties that have been known throughout ancient times and forgotten about in recent times due to science being worshiped as the only answer (it's ONE perspective), as well as the "bling bling" being so bright, that these factors "blind" us from seeing the bigger, dynamic, non-linear picture. This a great product that I totally trust when bought from Purest Colloid. Many uses and has cleared eye irritations/infections in both myself and my furry little ones. Also good wound care. I do buy amber bottles with droppers and spray tips to address different uses. Stored correctly will extend its effectiveness.

To be fair, I’ve only been taking this for a few days, and the first thing I noticed is that I felt a more even flow of energy. not a burst. At 20 ppm concentration, using 1 tbsp before each day’s first meal, this didn’t affect my focus right away. That and the improved coordination did seem to evolve over time. Unsurprised by the subtlety and somewhat put off by the anecdotal evidence of Meso Gold’s effects, I looked for hard science on colloidal gold and turned up little. Here’s going with the assumption that the better sales pitches make, that it takes many streams to make a river, especially when we’re trying to breach the blood-brain barrier. I noticed a similar pattern with St John’s Wort, so it may be to soon to pan this stuff. That said, I did order another brand that clocks in at 100ppm. Meso Gold is hard to evaluate after one week, but the bottle is now half full, so we’ll see how well the control group does by comparison. Give it time, I guess.

Honestly, I did not feel anything at all from taking this and usually I'm fairly sensitive to the effects of supplements. I just felt like it was colored water. I am giving it 3 stars because my 15 yr old son claimed that it put him in a better mood and improved his brain function. Just trying to be fair. I do think it's possible that he had a placebo effect, but I don't know that know for sure. I won't spend money on it again or any other colloidal gold. It's far too expensive if it is indeed just colored water.

Damn. If you need a little jolt, this does it. Like literally I haven't ever felt anything exactly like when I use this, it feels very strange, but I hold it under my tongue for a few minutes and then swallow it, and I feel this like little hum or buzz after about a half hour, and I want to be clear that it's not something I'm hearing but like it's a physical sensation. After taking i am much sharper and more focused. Super weird guys, I'm a big fan of experimenting with your own health in a safe and informed way, but I mean we're resilient creatures so a bit of risk isn't detrimental either. This product is totally safe and extremely beneficial.
