Installed today as upgrade to Eufy single video doorbell. Fabulous uprade and well worth the extra. Also upgraded the base 2 to base 380 and a 512gb hard drive as extra storage, i have also synced in two E40 solar cameras. System really easy set ifyou havee a modicum of common sense, also able read and or follow online instructions. Simple. System all up and running and results are great for quality. Tuis system replaces a several year old Arlo system that has served its purpose well, out of a seven camera set up, only 4 remain operable with 5 batteries remaining. Hoping this Eufy system lasts the test of time. Initial feeling it will be fine, well constructed, sturdy, great visible looks to ensure high visibility to would be wrong doers. Self adhesive window/door stickers to add to the visual noticeability. Video doorbell twin camera, battery looks good quality and a reasonable volume, purchased a spare battery as the five hour charging downtime being an i wont accept. Also purchased extra solar panel boosters as dontime due to not enough battery power when it is not sunny enough to produce enough power via the small inbuilt solar panel, agaun a non operational system is as good as none at all. Hooefully all my concerns are and will be proven wrong, if not i am covered 24/7 if the internet does not fail, the Arlo system automatically reboots itself fully after a power failure or internet failure. Hopefully this Eufy system will perform just as well under extreme conditions. Very impressed with the system upgrades it provides over and above the level of the Arlo system which has mainly been very reliable, hope that Eufy can equal or surpass the reliabity tests. In house recording so safety first with No storage fees, also have full control of drive contents within the safety protected home. 78 year old, if i can set this up, install everthing so anyone should not have issues. Very Happy with my purchase.

Good product. Used the money I saved cancelling my TV licence to buy this - so I don't even have to open the door to the BBC sales rep! I considered Ring, but they want you to pay a subscription to access all the feature and I don't see the logic on cancelling the TV licence, only to pay a subscription to Ring! This video doorbell has been upgraded since I researched them on Youtube - It now has a great field of detection feature where you pull the points of a polygon to where you want them to create any shape/area you want; previously it was just a straight line of how far in front you wanted it to detect, so that's a great feature. You can even black out areas if you ant to, for instance, black out your neighbours lounge window to give them their privacy. The device stored footage on board or can upload. Once the on board storage is full it will just delete the oldest footage and continue to work. Images are clear and sound is fine, not perfect, but then it's not an SM58. You can set it to just notify you when the bell is pressed, or it can also detect people as they approach. It can be set to only detect humans if you want. The device (or rather, the app), if you want it to, can allow your phone to connect using its mobile network allowing you interact and receive alerts remotely. While at home it will use your wifi network. You can use pre-recorded replies if you like, so you just press a button to say, "Just a moment," or "sod off!" if you feel that way inclined. All in all, better than I expected so far. I would certainly recommend this. Also, if the detection field is turned on and someone decides to knock instead of ring, you still get a notification and are able to see live footage because they set the motion detector off. Night vision is quite reasonable and there is an extra function if you want the night vision in colour - just uses the batter up faster.

A good piece of kit. I bought the Eufy to replace a Ring doorbell because it records without needing a subscription and for the 2nd camera covering doorstep parcel deliveries. It was very easy to set up and I connected it to existing doorbell wiring , so no need to recharge the battery. Storage is included so no need to buy a separate SD card. The app gets mixed reviews but I've found it to be good and particularly easy to navigate to recorded events - which can be downloaded to the phone gallery for sharing if necessary. My only slight gripe is that the mounting plate could be more substantial - should use 4 rather than just 2 screws and fit flush to the doorframe. Nevertheless, a good buy and recommended.

Wady to niedopracowana AI bo nie zawsze rozpoznaje osoby i wykwywa ruch poza wyznaczonym obszarem co jest irytujące. Aplikacja do obsługi średniej jakości z błędnymi tłumaczeniami i błędami.

As advertised, my son set it up for me. Once installed easy to use. Very pleased that I brought it. I feel more secure being able to see who is at my door & then having the choice of opening the door or not. Would recommend.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von der Eufy E340 Türklingel! Die Installation war unkompliziert, und die Verarbeitung macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die exzellente Bildqualität bei Tag und Nacht – gestochen scharf und mit weitem Blickwinkel. Die Personenerkennung funktioniert zuverlässig, unnötige Benachrichtigungen durch Tiere oder vorbeifahrende Autos werden gut gefiltert. Auch das 2-Kamera-System (oben/unten) ist ein echter Mehrwert – man sieht sowohl das Gesicht als auch Pakete am Boden. Die App ist übersichtlich, reagiert schnell, und die Lokale Speicherung ist für mich ein großes Plus, da keine monatlichen Abo-Kosten anfallen. Auch die Integration in Smart-Home-Systeme wie Alexa funktioniert einwandfrei. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungenes Produkt – klare Kaufempfehlung für alle, die eine smarte und zuverlässige Türklingel suchen!
