So easy to use
I take this for every long run and I love it. Easy to carry and minimal spillage

Would not purchase again.
Fit well in my hand but difficult to squeeze water from the bottle while running. I assume this occurs as the bottle is insulated.

Easy to hold and easy to get the water I need whilst running

Not very good
I was excited to get this because I wanted a running bottle with a larger capacity than the soft bottle I’ve been using. I ordered one of these for my wife and one for me. We are both disappointed.It isn’t good at the two things it should be good at:1. It doesn’t dispense water well. The nozzle design is horrible and just lets out a trickle of water. I end up gasping for air after I take a drink.2. It doesn’t fit tightly to my hand no matter how much I tighten the strap. Tighten it too much and the bottle falls out. I have to grasp the bottle which makes my arm hurt on long runs.0 for 2 on things a running water bottle should do. I expected more from a good brand.
