Very good switcher with top of the line professional features. This thing is a beast. It has a lot of the features you will use in a live streaming setup. Only area of improvement would be with being able to offset the audio to sync better with the video on live streaming projects. You can make adjustments, but I would like to see further improvements in this area. Still all in all this is a great product for the price.

El equipo es de mala calidad, con botones que no responden al primer toque y se calienta demasiado. La unidad que me enviaron NO GRABA en memoria externa aunque hace el procedimiento. NO CUMPLE CON LA FUNCIÓN PRINCIPAL PARA LA QUE FUE ADQUIRIDO. LO DEVUELVO MUY DECEPCIONADO.

I bought the Mini Pro a month ago and have successfully used it for live streams four times. Unfortunately, I can't get the app to work. (I'm on an iPhone 14 Pro) The app opens on my phone, but does not "find" my splitter. I have entered my IP addess into the device, but no go. Additionally, I've downloaded the Xpose software on my PC, Windows 10, and can install it. But every time I open it I get a message saying "this app won't run on this computer." I have reached out to RGBLink customer service through their website four times over a three week period. I get a boiler plate email saying they've received by inquiry, but no one from the company has followed up to help my with the app or the software. I need the software to work so I can put a watermark on the live streams. I need the app to work so I can control camera switching from my phone, instead of walking over to the splitter for each switch. The functionality of the product is good. But the lack of support is ridiculous, especially with four inquiries outstanding that I know their system received. You might want to consider a different product if the app and software aspects are important to you for this splitter.

Elegant solution for streamers.

I purchased this unit in June, it's October and the unit wont power on. I have used it a few times before. Shouldn't a HDMI switcher last longer than this? I contacted Manufacturer and have had no response. (I will update this if that changes) If you are in the market for a HDMI switcher, you may want to avoid unit and purchase from another manufacturer, unless you want to spend close to $300.00 for a unit that will shortly stop working. This is frustrating, I still need a HDMI switcher, now I need to purchase another. It will not be from this manufacturer RGB **UPDATE** Received replacement unit on 11/22.

We like this video switcher, the quality is good. Easy to use. The quality is great. The performance is great. Very durable.

So I received my switcher today to only find out that they sent one with a different power source than a U.S power adapter so it’s not operational with the plug that it was sent with you have to purchase one if you don't have aone
