It came with everything in the photos. Seems to measure sugar level well. Its a good deal for the price. I'm happy with it.

Be real careful with it
Worked really great but be careful with it. Accidentally dropped it and it shattered to pieces.

Hydrometer not reading correctly. Shows 1.01 SG in room temperature water. Glass is mishaped.
