I've been eating grape nuts since I was a little girl and I have always loved them. I recently remembered that I used to eat them mixed with yogurt, so I thought I'd try it again. It's just as good as I remember it. I am bedridden and a vegetarian. Coming up with foods that I can fix for myself, which are filling, relatively low in calories and taste good is an ongoing challenge. This is the first thing I have found that fulfills all these requirements. I'm very happy.

Grape Nuts have some of the highest nutritional IRON you can find. I donate Blood Platelets and need to have my iron at a certain level. Always hit that level when I eat my Grape Nuts. Please pass along the info for people who need to add iron...but, hate taking vitamins for this (hard on the stomach).
