Feels premium.4) Both audio and video quality (4k, 5k) awasome. 27 mega pixel so pics also good quality.5) SAR value (radiation level) within limits (<1) so safe for use.6) inbuilt voice command so you dont need to physically click the button for video or pic although there is one button provided. Just say gopro capture, gopro stop capture, gopro take a picture, gopro start recording etc and it will automatically do vidoe, click pics and when you put in charge it will auto upload highlighted videos to cloud. Also you can Bluetooth connect and give the command if you are little away from it.7) original video and pic quality. No artificial photoshop. It shows what it actually is.8) audio quality crisp and clear.9) fully waterproof and it is action camera both land and water (33feet -10meters)10) easy user interface and easy to use.11) chip i took 256 gb san disk pro for action camera as that is fast and safer.Downs:1) Disappointed that no floating handle provided and no hard case to store provided unlike previous ones.2) dark videos and pics in low light or night. Not so good at night or dark conditions. But it shows original quality how it is in action environment and no artificial lighting or photoshop. I like original quality how it is.2) battery should have been around 3000 or 5000 mah, but it has only 1700-1750 mah which is not much just 2-2.5 hrs it works.2) Otherwise you wouldn't regret go for it. It looks premium and has goPro brand value unlike other dragon brands.3) the app (quik )which is used for this camera for first time updating the camera doesnt work for me in redMi phones and google play store quik app dont show hero 12 option for pairing when first time update. I used samsung galaxy app store to install updated quik app and did the cam update. Dont kw if others also face same issue. Thank you.4) update: after 1 month use: the camera gets heated while we click outside in sun for 10 mins (Udaipur) and voice command dont respond for many times when its heated, and shows reprocessing, have to click manually when its heated and that too takes little longer to click pics. But since cam is having small components its obvious that heating will happen which is normal, however this affects cam functions (delay clicking pic, unresponsive to voice command) which i didnt like and gopro have to work on bug issues and a software update is needed.Over memories captured within this tinny cam for a lifetime.5) its not a DSLR camera type pic quality its just enough normal pic. Videos are very nice.

Been using for so many months now and its very good camera. Battery life is ok ok. for longer duration of more than 1 hour capture might require additional batteries.

I've bought gopro for 65000 rupees in India from Amazon I have got the product and since the first day I used it. The problem of heating started on the same day delivery the camera heats up and turns of near about 15 to 20 minutes after recording. When I contact to the service centre they told me to send the camera to Hong Kong and I got the replacement but the replacement product was new but still the heating problem is persistent in the same product to send the product to Hong Kong I got expense near about 11000 to 12000 rupees and they said that these are the government taxes that they have not any control over it now the second replacement is the same with the heating problem and does not record more than 30 minutes of recording now if I have to send it again out of India for service I would again need expense of 12000 rupees and its not worth it now I am stuck with the GoPro I have no service in India and the product is not useful for me now so please go to something about it and for Indian buyers please do not buy go pro go for other products of which service is available in India.. I had a worst experience with the brand GoPro and I'll never buy again from the GoPro.

I was confused to choose action 4 or gopro and decided to go with gopro even though action 4 positive reviews. The real reason to choose gopro is videos are stable and saved whereas I heard action 4 some or many times the video got corrupted. So guys both are good. Using gopro for bout 2 weeks and so far good
