I've been buying this stuff for awhile now and it is AMAZING for toilet training mishaps. Especially for "streaks" in the undies. I am also able to spray it lightly on the mattress to treat nighttime accidents. I pretreat the area of concern, then wash like normal. I actually add a little bit to the detergent section of my washer with our regular detergent and it acts like a booster. There is no "phooey" smell taking over my laundry load - it neutralizes EVERYTHING!!! as well as eliminates potential stains. Further, I have pretreated deodorant stains and it works like magic!! Everything comes out fresh!! This stuff does sell out. However, given the opportunity, I will buy the gallon bottle to refill my spray bottles. Forget any of the low reviews complaining about spray nozzles. (Lame.) Just keep your spray bottles and wait for the big refill bottle to become available. I wish I could order directly or buy in local stores .. but for now, I patiently wait for my bottle-at-a-time. Thanks for a great product!

Works well. Took a few times leaving it overnight with a damp towel over it to fully get the smell out of our couch cushion but it was cat urine so that's a hard one to treat. I decreased by one star because there is a slight fragrance to it. Def not as strong as Nature's Miracle but still somewhat noticeable. We don't use alot of fragrances in our home so we may be more sensitive to noticing them. The product is def still worth buying but just be aware that it not totally scentless

One night, my fiancé had projectile acid reflux and left a trail of bile vomit all over our bedroom carpet. I didn’t think it was too bad until I purchased a black light and was horrified to discover it was much worse than I could see with the naked eye. It looked like blood splatter at a crime scene. I originally tried straight hydrogen peroxide, but it didn’t even come close to lightening the stains. Then I purchased Bissell Pet Pro Oxy Stain Remover which actually worked very well, but it had very a strong fragrance that didn’t dissipate for hours. We only tested out a small amount and didn’t sleep well that night because of the intense odor. I happened to come across this product after my negative experience with the Bissell stain remover and I’m so thankful!!! It truly has zero fragrance and works almost just as well. All I had to do was spray and leave it. Some of the stains disappeared before my eyes. The more concentrated stains needed repeat treatments and a little agitation with my fingertips, but that’s reasonable considering it’s bile. I felt safe using this product without gloves. I noticed that the ingredients are basically digestive enzymes, the same digestive enzymes in a supplement I take to help digest food. I guess that explains why it works. I went through an entire bottle on these carpet stains and feel comfortable sleeping in the room immediately afterwards. I am so shocked there is no discernible fragrance whatsoever. I’m pretty sensitive and can still smell odors in most fragrance-free products, but not this one!!! I am going to always have this on hand and try it as a stain remover on my clothing next. Give this a shot if you’re sensitive to fragrances. Nothing is going to be perfect, but this comes pretty darn close!

I loved the first bottle of this, but the second bottle I received is not the same. The liquid is white instead of clear, and it smells very strong of perfume. Still very white after several weeks, so it wasn’t shipping or temp. Has this product changed (though bottle is the same), or was there a mistake at manufacturing? I’m afraid to order another. 0 stars for this bottle, 5 stars for the first, which worked well on floors and throw rugs for when my newly rescued old lady dog had an accident in transition. I had no lingering smells or stains, and there was very little scent to the product itself.

Wanted a natural solution for cleaning my memory foam mattress that wouldn't ruin the material or leave behind a strong odor. While this met that need (thus giving 2 stars instead of one) it removes no stains. I followed the instructions on the bottle. Then I did it again using a little more solution and waiting longer for it to do what it needed. Results were the same. I ended up using almost the whole bottle in frustration and the stains were still there. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I have 2 toddlers. My couch was destroyed by milk stains and most recently pen marks on multiple sections of the couch. Because the milk stains are 3-5 years old, they are taking a little longer to come out. I’ve done 2 rounds, and they look MUCH better. The pen just happened and I was able to get it out right away. See pictures of the one section. I only wish it came in a larger bottle.

I bought this to remove a urine stain out of a mattress. It definitely remove the odor but not so much the stain. I applied it multiple times and kept it wet as the other reviews suggested. I had high hopes am a little disappointed.
