I’ll start off by saying that this is the fourth or fifth robot vacuum that I’ve ever owned, and it is by leaps and bounds the best. The software and app work extremely well to let you customize the areas and schedule for vacuuming, and the vacuum itself does an awesome job. The largest benefit I noticed is the lack of maintenance required on it. The bag that holds everything lasts a long time, and most importantly the vacuum does not get clogged up with hair. We have a golden retriever and that was always an issue with other vacuums we have had. We got a bObsweep that we returned as it was getting clogged after 1-2 cycles, this has gone for a month without needing any maintenance due to the dual rubber brush system. The suction on the carpets is apparent, I can walk around with socks on and would previously have hair stuck to the bottoms constantly and not anymore with this. I recommend running it every day if you have pets so it can stay tidy and it looks great consistently in our house (roughly 2500 sq ft on main floor). The one thing I would tell folks that are looking for a mop/vacuum combo is that the mopping performance is a little clunky, requires you to manually fill a small reservoir and wet a mop attachment. Not a big deal for us since we were looking for the best possible vacuum for dry floors and I think this is exactly that. If you need to have a mop function that is automated, would look elsewhere for something that has a reservoir in the basement. Overall extremely happy and would recommend this to anyone looking for a high quality robot vacuum that requires minimal upkeep - especially ones with pets, and excels in mapping and a high quality app.

Update 12 Jan 2025: I love everything about this vacuum. After running over 50 cycles over as many days, I am extremely happy with it. Its mobile app on my iOS device is powerful and intuitive. I love the large capacity battery and have been running it at “Max+” suction levels every morning over 650 sq ft of a floor comprised of carpet and tiled sections. Even on its highest suction setting, it completes the cleaning using less than half of the battery’s capacity. The side brush pulls debris from the edges better than any other robot vacuum I’ve owned. The high suction setting pulls dog hair and crumbs from the carpet as good as my plug in upright. All other robotic vacuums I have owned left enough hair and debris in the carpet that required a periodic cleaning with my upright. It’s more intelligent than my previous vacuums which would follow tortuous paths when returning to the base and didn’t logically optimize its pattern to minimize energy consumption and cleaning time. I strongly endorse this particular model and brand. (Caveat: I have not tried the mopping capability of the unit). End of January 2025 update Original review: I’ve owned 3 Neato brand robot vacuums. Finally abandoned them because their voice announcements can’t be turned down or off and they wake me up talking outside my bedroom door. Tried a shark brand self emptying and hated it. Their customer service was horrible. The vacuum refused to clean anything other than going around of the edge of the floor and declaring the cleaning complete. Returned it to Amazon and appreciate Amazon’s return policy. Turned around and bought this RoboRock based on reviews and absolutely love it. Been running it daily because we have a shedding dog. It cleans better than any of the robot vacuums I have owned. It cleans thoroughly and methodically. It supports multiple maps and allows users to change volume or silence its verbal status reports. It automatically senses whether it’s vacuuming carpet or hard surfaces and adjusts its function for the type of floor. Love its self emptying features and disposable bags. Highly recommended!!!

I have tried Shark and Bobsweep robot vacuums and this one is a game changer. If you want a really good vacuum and don’t care about the mopping feature then this is the one for you. I have not tested out the mop, but did extensive research and it doesn’t appear to be very good. What I like about this: The price, the design and functionality of the machine. It was very easy to set up and doesn’t feel like a cheap machine. You can tell Roborock puts a lot of thought into the small details. Once set up, it took about 5 minutes to map out about 1250 sq ft of my main level floor. The app is very easy to use and you can divide the rooms. It also automatically set up a “Do not disturb” where it doesn’t empty the bin late at night. I love this feature! The dustbin holds a lot so it doesn’t have to go back to the charging base to empty often. Only con is it does not have object avoidance. I do keep my floors pretty clutter free with the exception of dogs getting their toys out, so this wasn’t a dealbreaker for me. I also love that it has several suction modes including Max+ and quiet mode. Quiet mode is perfect when you’re watching tv but want to run the vacuum! With the price point being less, I was able to buy this and the Dyad Air vacuum mop for $540 out the door. These two machines both hook up to the app and I know that they will keep my floors in great. I would highly suggest this robot vacuum and for you to check out the Dyad Air vacuum mop! That thing is a beast too!

The product is probably nice and effective, but the seller is selling it in Saudi market where the voltage is incompatible to the functioning of the product. They should not sell it in a market which is not right for the product!

What I love most is it almost never gets stuck and I don't have to remember to empty the container. for a while. Does well with hair and cleaning hair out of rollers takes 2 minutes, great design. Does a whole floor of 1300 sq ft with 65% battery left. Programming is almost very good, with a few minor tricky things, but generally very intuitive. Suction is adequate to all surfaces, not too loud but loud enough that it's hard to watch TV with it around. Does a really good job with minor omissions sometimes, cleaned 100% if I ran it twice, especially if there was a lot of dirt on the floor. Didn't try the mop as it's basically dragging a wet sponge, I'd get the rotating mops in that case for better efficiency It would probably not pass the dog-poo test, but I don't run it unattended

It picked up all the cat hair as described. A great tool in our household

Ya voy a cumplir un año con mi robot y es una maravilla, el mantenimiento que requiere a diferencia de otros que no tienen estación de auto-vaciado es mínimo, te olvidas unas semanas de ello, incluso me gusta ponerlo a limpiar cuando estoy fuera de casa a través de la app y cuando llego, todo está limpio. Tip: en el tanque de agua que tiene siempre le pongo agua y una tapita de pinol o fabuloso y realmente deja bastante oloroso y limpio
