Q: Will these fit on stanley cup tumbler straws?

I don’t know what a Stanley Cup tumbler straw looks like. They fit the skinny metal straws that come with stainless drink cups. If your cup has a plastic heavy duty straw, they probably won’t fit.

Q: Are these Individually wrapped?

No. I think they were in a small bag altogether.

Q: How far down does this go down the metal straw? I dont like there to be too much loose silicone at the tip

if you put this silicone tip on to an appropriately sized metal straw, it looks like just about 5/8" of the silicone tip will stick out unsupported by the metal. Also, the silicone part that sticks out is made with slightly thicker silicone than the end that slides onto the straw, so even though it is not supported by the metal straw, it is still reasonably rigid and holds its shape, if that was your concern.
