This height adjusting insole worked very well for me, as I was in a walking boot, which caused my left leg to be shorter than my right. It was easy to use and comfortable in my shoe. I recommend this product.

I buy these and put them in different shoes. These work much better than the typical hair lifters that are shorter and only in the back of the shoe because it ends up bothering the middle of your foot. These are the only ones that I buy now. It has perfect arch support for an athletic foot. It has a good cushion to help with pain relief and it feels soft and firm. It’s definitely worth the money. The two parts stick well enough to each other however, it does not stick well to a shoe and so that all. Although it can stay in place pretty well

Soft, having several layers

These are incredibly comfortable and fit into my motorcycle boots very nicely. As they do not run all the way to the toes they did not affect the fit of my boots, in fact they feel more comfortable while raising my heels by almost 1 inch.
