Es de buena calidad, no se congela el gel que trae por dentro y conserva la temperatura fría por bastante tiempo, además de que se amolda a la superficie que se quiere tratar (por ejemplo alrededor de la rodilla).

finally a cold pack that stays flexible outside the freezer and is nice and cold against my skin! I suffer from fibromyalgia and have burning skin pain every day, so applying a cold pack to my most tender points provides short-term relief. I have tried 4 cold packs and only this one is large enough and flexible enough for my back. Would highly recommend!
