I bought these at the request of my doctor. Id say they’re good value for money and they definitely have an effect. Be warned - they do smell like gravy or some kind of savoury product, but it’s the effects you’re after. I personally find them hard to swallow, when I was first told to take these my doctor gave me some that were tiny tablets, these are about as big as an M&M, but I manage to get them down. My energy levels are constantly low so it’s difficult to assess exactly how well they work in that regard, but they definitely have some effect. We’re all different and the only way to find out is to try for yourself. There effective at sorting vitamin B levels I know that, because I do private blood tests and these have helped raise me back to normal levels. They come in a rather large, but good quality box, in blisters and are good enough quality to ensure I’d buy again. Good luck battling fatigue, it can be a nightmare but B vitamins help you release the energy from your food, so maintain a healthy diet and give these a go if you want more energy!
