Very useful appliance for home food preservation. I tested it with onions, carrots, and apples, and the dehydration was even and consistent. It stopped working on the 2nd day of usage, when requested for replacement, the reply is item is out of stock, but on visiting site it says delivery tomorrow for placement of fresh order. Amazon customer service sends you into a loop.

The product is small, handy and less weight. It works good as described. Required is memory backup in case of powercut at long process, we need to reset the timer and set the balance

The agaro hydrator machine is good but the one I bought had a problem with the machine so I got it replaced and the staff member helped me very well. The staff, member, is cooperative. Thank you agaro company. I got the new hydrated machine back within 7 days. Once again, thank you.🙏🏻

Don't buy....its very fragile and bad quality. I received a damaged product but was not able to return or replace due to the fraudulent practice of Amazon. They just send message 2 to 3 times, that " Today we will pickup your product" But they never pick it up.
