Very useful appliance for home food preservation. I tested it with onions, carrots, and apples, and the dehydration was even and consistent. Tried to dry some dhaniya from my garden and within 10 mins of operation a loud bang and it switched off. Tried to unplug and turn it on but stopped working. Quality of plastic is very flimsy and body is also very light. Wouldn’t recommend. Used other agaro products but was very very disappointed with this product. Very low quality build

The product is small, handy and less weight. It works good as described. Required is memory backup in case of powercut at long process, we need to reset the timer and set the balance

It stopped working on the 2nd day of usage, when requested for replacement, the reply is item is out of stock, but on visiting site it says delivery tomorrow for placement of fresh order. Amazon customer service sends you into a loop.
