Q: Why are all the supposed reviews written in stilted and improper English? Could it be that these are phony reviews? Of course.

My 70 pt unit died in under a year. When I tried to get warranty service, they would only "consider" providing a replacement if I wrote a positive review. The issue isn't stilted English (I sympathize with all non native speakers), it was a crappy product and the refusal to honor their written warranty. Stay away from Kesnos.

Q: What is the noise level? Better or worst than others?

It isn't quiet. I have it on in my bathroom right now, and I'm in the room next to it - in my office - and I can hear it. If this were right next to me in my bed while I tried to sleep I'd be going bonkers.

Q: Can i make this kesnos dehumidifier work when i am not at home?

Don't let it run when you are not home it will heat your home snd raise the temp about 30 degrees.

Q: How do I attach the hose? The manual is unclear. I pushed it into the drain outlet but water collects in the bucket instead and hose is dry.

It's pretty simple. Right above the tank there is a rubber plug. Pull on that plug to open the drain access. This will provide access to a male plastic fitting, the plastic hose pushes over that fitting. Twisting the hose a bit helps. You can see the fitting if you remove the tank.
