I bought this window AC windshield kit to help seal around my air conditioner, and it made a huge difference. It keeps the cold air inside and blocks out drafts and bugs. The material feels sturdy but easy to adjust, and installation only took a few minutes. It also gives the setup a much cleaner look. Definitely worth it if you have a window unit and want to save on energy.

Much better than I expected. Does the job and is adjustable, it will likely fit any ac unit. Edit: changed to 1 star. The moisture from the ac was rolling back into the vent. This caused an immense amount of toxic black mold to grow inside of the unit. I became very ill because of the mold and would like to warn others to use this attachment with caution and to check the inside of the ac from time to time if they have already purchased the item and can nit return it.

My AC has to be right next to my bed due to the window placement in the apartment. I needed something to divert the air up and over my bed and this did the trick. One review mentions the condensation and I think they've fixed this problem by adding a thin piece of foam. You need to put this foam on the plastic sheet (just lay it on, there's no way to affix it) BEFORE putting the plastic arms on. Keep the Allen wrench so you can adjust the screws if they get loose or too tight. Yes, the instructions aren't terribly clear, but if you're halfway decent with DIY you can just look at the pictures and the included pieces and figure it out. I wanted to write a decent review because I was desperate for something like this and almost resorted to making something myself, but this was perfect!

Pros: Effective Airflow Control: The baffle does a great job of preventing direct blowing of cold air, which is particularly useful in smaller rooms or when sitting close to the AC unit. Adjustable Size: I appreciate that the baffle is croppable, allowing me to adjust its size to fit my window air conditioner perfectly. Easy Installation: Installing the baffle was straightforward and didn't require any special tools or expertise. Cons: Material Quality: While functional, the plastic material feels a bit flimsy. I hope it holds up over time.
