I've been a repeat customer of this product for many months. Doctor's say not everyone needs electrolytes but clearly I do. I'm the type of person who's always thirsty and have abdominal issues. I feel more hydrated and I didn't expect any gut benefits but I certainly feel them. I have better bowl movements and feel better in general. Electrolytes for gut health!? Who knew! Great price great product

The taste is a little over powering but, I use these to lightly flavor my water or my wild drinks I make(non alcoholic) with 1/4 of the packet. With no sugar added, I can enjoy a flavored drink or water without it tasting like pure sugar or a glass of cool aid! Not sure of the quality or benefits of the Vit C but, I would rather have something that tries to be healthy than not so, it's a plus. Love the variety of flavors. Pink Lemonade, Raspberry and Orange. Summer Drink No Sugar Added: In a little water add 1/4th of a packet of this mix. Stir/Shake Add a splash or 1/4 cup of any fruit juice No Sugar Added (Cranberry, Apple,etc...) Add one can of Mini Canada Dry Ginger Ale(The Best) No Sugar Add Ice and you got a Banger of a Cold Refreshing Drink! Alternate with ingredients as some of these may not be organic and include preservatives.
