Nice look
It’s a great product and has definitely surpassed my expectations. This went on a project I’m working on; turning a sedan into an off road look/style vehicle. I have a roof basket on my vehicle with the full size A/T tire and wheel and it work great on holding it down.

Hooks are a little small .
Very good quality but the hooks at the ends were too small to wrap securely around the tubing of my tire carrier . I spread the hooks open a bit by pressing a socket into the hooks in a vise . Easy fix .

spare tire holder
I have been using this as an alternative for my spare tire drop down on my 4runner. Mine rusted out and they make it way harder than it has to be to replace. Been holding over a year now no issues.

Very sturdy
Utilized it right-away for my 265/70/17 spare tire, mounted on a flat roof rack. Droved for 800 km without any problem. Very sturdy indeed.
