Effective!
These were very effective against a family of mice 🐁 that had taken up residence under the units in our kitchen. Alas, this is an annual event at the start of winter. As per last year, we used the sachets in small bait boxes and within a couple days we stopped seeing the mice 🐁 or any evidence they were still in residence - and they haven't returned 🤞 These particular sachets are better value than most others on Amazon. For ~£10 you get a goodly supply of 45 10g sachets (3 150g bags of 15). I am hoping these will last us a couple of years..... NOTE. Always use nitrile gloves when handling these sachets and bait boxes. Also, use bait boxes that have a key 🔑 to prevent the ingress of little fingers. Finally, NEVER use the sachets without a bait box. NOTE. We are certainly not keen on having to resort to using poison. However, we tried a number of humane mouse repellents - but all to no avail. Now, at least we are mouse and mouse poo 💩 free!

Persevere
Used this 3 years ago after moving into a house with a very established infestation in the neighbours garden that they had just left to it. It took a few boxes over a few days but then the last sachets weren’t taken and we never saw them again. 3 years later and we appear to have them again. I haven’t seen any this time, but the signs are there. We put some down in the same place (behind our garden shed) and within an hour they were taken. We’re now onto the 3rd box (after using 90 sachets over 2 days!) so god knows how many rats there are to get rid of. Hopeful that a few more will do the trick as it did before. Never saw a dead rat with the last infestation, so presumed they all died in their lairs. We do have a dog & small children but have been careful to put them out of their access. Didn’t use bait boxes as we wouldn’t have been able to get to them and the sheer amount of rats would have made it a too difficult task. I know a couple of reviews say that they’ve been through a lot of sachets to no avail but you really don’t know the amount of rats you’re dealing with, so keep persevering. I think last time we spent about £60 on sachets. Still cheaper than pest control quotes.

The little critters love this stuff.
Having problems with a rodent incursion, it/they were digging up the carpet to eat the underlay. Tried traps - poison ones and mechanical ones with little effect. Saw this described as "pasta bait" and thought "Aha! If it looks like pasta, perhaps they'll eat it to annoy me." But it's not pasta, it's paste. (I'm guessing a typo or a translation slip by the seller.) But goodness me they're attracted to these little pouches of poisonous paste. I shoved it under the carpet where they were / it was nibbling, and anywhere that looked like their access points. The first night, they ignored all my stuff, and just stole away all these pouches. In itself, a result that they weren't causing any more physical damage. Replaced the sachets, and on the second night it was the same. Third night all the sachets were still there, and no signs of further nibbling damage. So I'm guessing it/they is/are dead or have moved on. Fingers crossed at least. I'll keep it down for a few more days, in case ... I don't think this was the recommended way of using it, and you certainly wouldn't want to use it like this if you had pets, or particularly if you had small children.

Nice love it
The mice love this product so much they kept coming back for more I couldn't believe it they couldn't get enough of it, in the end I used steel wool all over the house and no more mice.

It works, and quickly
This stuff is very readily taken by rats, and even within 24hrs their numbers or visible activity is greatly reduced as they tend to stay in their lair when ill, after a couple of days they're gone completely. Keeping chickens, feeding wild birds and living in a semi rural area but with a scruffy valleys pub close by, I usually get at least one infestation a year which if left unchecked could really explode, with experts saying two can become 1200 within 12 months. I have used the blue pest expert stuff for a few years now, far superior than most of the alternatives available on amazon or over the counter, it is for want of a better word, professional strength, they seem to much prefer the pasta to grain and blocks, and when strategically placed will take it within minutes of it going down. As with all poison, but especially this stuff due to its strength, use responsibly, avoid leaving where other wildlife or pets could pick up and keep a good eye out for any dead / dying rats that may have ventured into the open, especially if you're lucky enough to have red kites as they feed on carrion
