Honest review
I usually don’t do this, but on this one I have to. I bought this to use for my small business thinking it would help. It has been nothing but a pain since I received it. I have spent more money on it than I would like to admit trying to fix it. The maintenance box chips don’t fit the slot assigned for it, they only last a couple uses, the ink doesn’t print right, the white ink only prints when it wants to. It is cheaply made for such a high price. I have had mine for a while now, so I can’t return it. By the way there is a hefty return fee. Just save your money and buy a better quality printer.

First time use and set up
The customer service was A1!!!!!!. You have to text them but he cane right on and set up everything within mins. And I'm PRINTING !!!!! GREAT COMPANY

Don't buy it's not worth your money
I have had nothing but problems with getting this printer to work. First you have a counting chip in the printer so before trying to print you have to do a print cleaning. If the print don't come out you have to repeat that print over and over again. So betime you get to being able to print you have to put a new counting chip in. You can't find this counting chip any where. The spare parts for this printer can't be found any where. It's a waste of time and money. If I wouldn't have waited 6 months to open the box I would have returned this back to them.. I don't recommend buying. Can't find proper parts and chips for this 😕

It was defective
The ink spilled on the machine. I cleaned the ink but stain the machine. I didn't mind but after I set up the machine did everything was on the phone with the tech. For about 2hours and the machine wasn't working right. It wouldn't print the true color at all. I did love the size not huge neither small.

Don't buy!!!!
I have had nothing but trouble out of this printer since I purchased it. There's set up instructions. We're vague to say the least. And they give you a phone number for you to text, and the only thing they tell you is that they need to have access to your printer to remotely control it once I told them they could not have access to my Computer, then they did not respond to my text anymore. I finally got it to print after five days of fighting with it and it printed one day and now it says it has a paper jam that it doesn't have.

Bad
No good never could get it to come on so I returned it and they charged a $749 restocking fee on a defected item and when I did a claim they then said it was returned used and ink was all over printer and that what the fee was for so all they do is lie to scam people out of money and and sad part Amazon is allowing them to do it

So far so good
My husband and I invested in this printer and at first we had some hiccups but the tech support is really great. They guided us through every step and were super helpful. We are satisfied at the moment. We have gotten to print out designs but haven’t done them on shirts yet. So as of now we are happy.
