We used these for the first time on our first camping trip for 5 kids and 2 adults. I only have THREE left of these things left because all of the other ones broke. Handles fell off, broken in half pieces. I wanted to love these but they were awful. Also, please consider the hot metal while roasting. My husband burned his lip and one child has a burned finger. Two thumbs down for this product. Will be returning!!!!!

I bought these for a camping trip with my grandsons and they work beautifully. They are good quality, a good weight, and the telescope out Farenuff so little hands don’t get burned. The red tips that cover the tines provide safety and everything fits well back in to the zippered bag so everything stays together. This is a great buy and I highly recommend it!

Update: We have used these repeatedly for the last 2 years and still love them.These products look sturdy. I gently bent the prongs inward to accommodate the square marshmallows I purchased. I love that they are extra long. The prongs are only about 3 inches long so I don't think they will work for hot dogs unless you stick both prongs into the short side of the dog. They also aren't super pointy on the ends but will still work for hot dogs or marshmallows. The glow sticks handle material looks easier to clean. I haven't used them outside yet. They come with a handy zipper case.

Now everyone in the family can join in making S'mores around the campfire. No scrambling for coat hangers or wire, trying to make a long handle for the wee ones to insure they stay away from the flames or embers, or--worst of all- having that perfectly roasted marshmallow fall off and become a part of the embers! Now we can all make our own goodie over the fire without fear of flame, failure, or famine. The glow in the dark handles are perfect fun for the little tykes and lets the grown-ups keep up with where they leave the handle. Good job all around.

I wasn't sure how well the telescoping would work -- whether it would be loose and slip during roasting. They didn't slip a bit! We grilled foot-long polish sausage, and the wide ends held them securely. Also toasted one marshmallow on each tine of the fork, and they also held perfectly until they were so gooey they slid off onto our plates. We've used these several times now without a single loss of sausage or marshmallow and without singeing a single hair on hands, arms, or face.

Awesome for marshmallows and hot dogs. Super easy to extend and sturdy. The end (plastic pieces) will slip off so be careful. It’s not a big deal to put the plastic back on. One could even glue it better. The main thing is it keeps my kids from getting too close to the fire and from losing marshmallows and wieners in the fire. The carry case is super sturdy. We take them to our camper and camping. Easy and small to bring along.

My siblings and I bought these as part of a gift for my parents and we were all impressed by the quality as well as how far they extend for their size. At first my Dad said he didn't need them but after seeing how far they extended compared to how small they are and how sturdy they are decided to keep them because they don't take a lot of space and yet they are longer than a lot of standard roasting sticks perfect for use in any place where space is a factor. Don't let their size fool you the babies have a long reach and are very sturdy.

I like that there are 8, that they are multicolored, extend longer than most of these type of products, have a fun aspect with 2 forks being glow in the dark, have covers for the fork tines, are easy to clean, come in a zippered bag in which to keep them all, and includes instructions for care (except for the part where it says to put the fork covers on after use, then clean. It’s a little out of sequence but hey I don’t write so well in Chinese so what can I expect from them?).

Haven’t used these yet. But so far very impressed. Fast delivery, great packaging and quality looks great. Can’t wait to use!
