So bright
I love that this lamp as a screw on back to cover the charging port incase you get stuck in bad weather. It’s so bright it’s amazing for small holdings.

My cottage in abandoned graveyard.
At home it’s great when I hear things at night in the woods in abandoned graveyard, also very powerful and great for when I’m hunting and my vermin control, you can’t really see how good it is because camera on phone is terrible at night. Way better than it looks.

All my old tech Spot lights can't hold a Lumen to the newer ones out now that are well made. And this is one of them. This thing not only puts out 12,000 lumens of white light, it can reach out to 800 yards. And the best part is you have a dual spot and flood light beam giving you one real nice white hot spot within a larger flood beam. That gives you not only a wide field of view to see, but a concentrated illuminated area within that field to really see what you want to see more of that can't escape your sight. Now I know the listing shows conflicting numbers in the photos of 12,000 lumens at 800 yards and in text at 10,000 lumens at 550 yards, but I am on a many acre property and it hit the far end easily and brightly, plus tall trees well passed that. So I'm am leaning towards the numbers in the pictures. But even if that is wrong... it does not change the light brightness I witnessed firsthand which is lots more than the average person in tighter locations will ever need. As to the complete unit as a whole, the feel in your hands is just right with a good grip handle and well balanced case. It gives you 3 brightness levels on the spot light plus the all-important SOS pattern when used outdoors in places you may need that. The case on this light is a thick durable plastic that you can feel compared to others that are thin and cheaply made. And lastly you have a battery pack inside that gives you 10,000 mAh for long light use or to tap off it to power source other devices in need of a boost with the USB out port. The snap on Red Plastic Filter will give you a red light of course if needed. The bottom line to me is that this is a quality and rugged rechargeable spot/flood light worth having. And if you are ever in an emergency situation with an attacker or home intruder this can be part of your non-lethal self-defense strategy in daylight or dark with an instant blinding 12,000 lumens shot into their eyes to stop them fast. It really is blindingly bright with strong warnings against eye viewing. To the manufacturer if reading this. The only improvement to this light I would make is to turn all that internal hollow handle space into useful storage space for something like the USB cord to store inside the empty handle. Just make that an easy open waterproof compartment and this thing will be even more complete and valuable.

BOTTOM LINE: 1. I recommend this clever bright flashlight. 2. The current price of ~$49 is a bit high. 3. Get one. You know you want one. I'm glad I have mine. LIKES: - It's bright. Title says 10000 lumens, "Technical Details" section says 12000 lumens. Either way, it is bright. - Has a spotlight as well as a large ambient circular light spread. Covers most lighting situations because of this. - It holds like a gun. More comfortable than a normal tube flashlight. - Water proof. Awesome, I can drop it in the mud and wash it off later. - The red filter is pretty cool. If you want to be stealthy, then red will do nicely. - Camo! Camo is cool. It's not a matt finish though. Some reflection off of the body is present. - The funny looking black end cap keeps this flashlight from getting damaged during a drop. - Doubles as a power bank. The rating is 12000mAh. I have not specifically tested the battery capacity as I've had no reason at this point to doubt it. - USB-C charging port. I don't have to fumble with the orientation of the charging cable. Has a top handle that can also be used as a hook to hang it. - Includes a lanyard do you don't inadvertently drop the flashlight at night. DISLIKES: - End cap has to be unscrewed to charge it. I realize this is necessary to keep the flashlight waterproof, but never-the-less, it's a hassle. UPDATES: None at this time. I will update this review with any changes or important additions should any arise.

I gave this to a friend for Christmas, and he has been enjoying it the right light helps to not scare wildlife off. light weight very versatile very high lumen bright and ease to use makes it extremely. It's small in comparison to the old plug in style. Rechargeable is nice and it holds charge for long periods especially if not using continously. Very durable been dropped and is currently bounce around in his truck.

*skip to important info We had a similar light previously. It was my favorite. Then it disappeared. So I wanted a replacement. It was light weight, it floated, rechargeable, and felt good in my hand, plus it was a fantastic flood light. I actually liked the larger size as it doesn't fall out of your hand like the round metal ones do. I have a son who also really liked that light and he also likes camo so this made him very happy. He collects lights. When it arrived I realized that this is much nicer than our old one. It has all of the good of that one plus a lot more neat features. *Features we really like: Very bright- as you can see from the video, this light is bright and strong. Rechargeable-we have solar charger we can attach to it so we can use it while camping. Waterproof, not just water resistant. I tried to find the charging port when I first got it and couldn't locate it. Then I read the instructions which explained that to be waterproof it has the charger on the back under a screw-on cap. If you drop it, it will rise to the surface so it floats! Soft pull-on switch. I've never used something like this. It's not a 'click' on. It's a gentle pull and it switches it between each setting. It seems like this is less likely to wear out since there's no catch to create a click. Lock feature-This is nice so that you can lock the light on whatever setting you want. You can lock it in the off position. This way if your child gets ahold of it they can't pull the trigger and blind themselves because it's a very bright light. They also won't drain your battery by turning it on and leaving it on. SOS feature. Most people know an SOS signal so they would hopefully recognize that if you need help. Since it shines so far, you could signal someone on shore if you're out on the water, for example, to send help. You can see the flash pattern in the video. Multiple ways to connect/hold this. It has a lanyard that can be put on the handle or on the top near the front. It has a movable stand that can be for carrying it, for hanging it from something or for propping it at an angle you need it. It also has a tripod screw in on the top in case you want to use it as a lamp for a group etc. Phone charger-this is great in an emergency. You can connect your phone to it as it has a USB out port. Rubberized front end. This make it so easy to put down and not break the plastic front that covers the light. You'd have to try hard to break that since it's about 1/3 of an inch indented from the rubberized end. Charging lights are very bright and make it easy to know how much power you have. Each light equals 25% power so 4 lights equals a full battery. Concerns: Since this is a high powered light it gets warm on the front. We've never left it on for a long period so I don't know just how warm it might get. But it's something to pay attention to. The size makes it a light you wouldn't carry for backpacking. It's not like you can put it in your pocket till you need it. It would take up a lot of room in a backpack. At just under $50 that might keep people from buying it. (We paid a similar amount for our last one and it was my go-to flashlight when I need to go outside at night.) All the family members give this a thumbs up!
