I used to use a single waffle maker to make waffles for a family of four...it took so long. Now with this double waffle maker, it cooks the waffles faster as well as it is doing double duty. It fits "work smarter not harder" I love it and for a busy mom, we have so many other things to do so anything that works for us and makes the work lighter I'm in. Great Great buy!

This makes great waffles. It cooks evenly and quickly. Its a bit bulky in my opinion though. Ive now had this for almost 3 years. I HATE cleaning it. Food often gets stuck in the crevices and I find it reqlly challenging to truly get it clean. So much so that im giving it away because I hardly use it at this point because of this. Other than that its great.

My wife loves to use this every year on Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast Day since we have waffles too. She forgot it was a double and freaked out when she opened it to see the waffle had disappeared! (Forgot she had flipped it)

This waffle maker works like a dream. It’s very easy to use and it’s wonderful that you can make two waffles at once so you’re not sitting around waiting for a second one before you can eat. I’ve had no problem with waffles sticking using just very little oil and sometimes not even putting more oil on it in between use. I'm updating this review because the second time using it, when I flipped it for the second waffle the top on the first side opened because the handle broke off from lid. Of course, this happened 5 days past the date I could return it. It seems that when there is a defect like that that would be extenuating circumstances where it could be replaced. I'm sending this back in due to the fact that the company saw the review about the defect. They reached out to me, asked for some photo's which I sent, and within a week, they replaced the unit and didn't ask for the broken one back. I was able to use it over the weekend and it works like a charm. I really appreciate the customer service they provided.

Seems like one side might run hotter, and it consistently giving darker waffles. Not a problem for us. I’m very happy with this for our family of 8. It works pretty fast and maybe hotter than our previous one from ALDI. Most of yall are mixing up from a box—no hating—I’m just saying—these are fresh milled flour waffles and we’re pleased with how it cooks them. Y’all. Waffles can be made as a quick bread and not just breakfast! 🧇

This waffle maker started out awesome. The waffles were perfectly cooked, they cooked quickly, and I loved being able to make two at once. I chose this one because it had a shorter profile and fit nicely in my cupboard. Unfortunately, half the plates stopped heating after a year of occasional and careful use.

Sehr billig verarbeitet, klappriger Kunstoff, sogar die Leuchten sind etwas schief angebracht. Aber was den Ausschlag für die Rücksendung und diese Rezension gab, war der Geruch (nach Teer/Asphalt/altem Mitoröl??), der hochkommt, wenn das Waffeleisen heiß wird. Selbst nach Feuchtabwischen und mehreren Anläufen, um es heiß werden zu lassen, damit der Geruch verfliegt, war ein Restgeruch da. Darauf will ich nichts zubereiten, was ich dann essen möchte. Geht unbenutzt postwendend zurück.

Bäckt leider total ungleichmäßig, egal welche Teigart oder welche Teigmenge. Man kann das Eisen auch nicht zudrücken um eine gleichmäigere Fläche zu erhalten, da kein passendes Gegenstück zum Haltegriff vorhanden ist. Nicht zu empfehlen.
