My mother’s doctor recommended years ago and I was not feeling 100 so I decided to try this. Works well, taking for Vita D absorption and actually feeling a lot better daily. Shared a bottle with a family member and she also reports suddenly just having better days after about two months of taking.

This is my favorite K2 supplement. The capsule size is on the smaller side so it is very easy to swallow. I started taking K2 to help with my absorption of Vitamin D since I am severely deficient. It has helped tremendously. This brand is one of my favorite vitamin brands there is! I take several different supplements that are by this company.

I selected this product because it is a top pick for vitamin K-2 by Consumer Lab. Calculating from research they summarized I need to take two of these (with meal with some source of fat) each day to have an impact on femoral neck (neck of hip bone, which is my goal). I am talking one with morning meal and one with evening meal. Time will tell. Of course impact exercise and multiple minerals and vitamin D are also essential.
